  1. Brilliant! I need to go get some paint balls.
  2. I'd buy one .....but after American auto industry, oil industry, insurance industry, unions and government were done, the thing would cost well over $15,000.
  3. Most of us are right in the head but I sure could have used some of those bee loads at the range today. The bumbly beasts were swarming.
  4. I will never understand why they stopped making the CBOB.
  5. What about the air filter?
  6. You guys do know that once the Governor thing is done he will most likely run for Senate. If that idiot Corker can do it then Haslam is guaranteed. He really doesn't have anything else to do.
  7. IMHO the black Valor is one of the finest looking 1911's ever made, except maybe the Dan Wesson Commander Classic Bobtail.
  8. I wonder how this project turned out...since he started almost two years ago.
  9. Whatever they do I can assure you of one thing. The two West Knoxville WM's will not stock guns.
  10. I read about Box O' Truth's cork method some time ago and If I ever felt the need I'd go that route. My 91/30 is pretty accurate as long as those screws stay tight, which they don't through a typical session, and the bayonet is attached. Taking mine out for a spin tommorrow at the range in the watershed just north of here. Come on up if you have a chance.
  11. Who has one? Are they worth the $$$$? Pros/Cons, etc. Let's hear about them.
  12. You may already know this but make sure those two action screws are good and tight.
  13. Have you ordered a Mosin yet?
  14. You say it was your grandfather's gun, you want to keep it in the family and it has sentimental value. From my perspective that means leave it as is. Chroming, refiishing, etc, etc. will only leave you with an old pistol that nobody wants or cares about. That's just my opinion and who I am. Take it as you will.
  15. Only slightly less than if you had them done in gold.
  16. You would have seen the same thing right here in Knoxville....at least quarter size.
  17. If you have a basement and there is a Tornado Warning (one has been spotted), yes. Or you go outside to watch like I do. Just had a good 10 minutes of Quarter-sized hail in Knox-Vegas. My umbrella is beat.
  18. There is nothing at all wrong with the finish on that pistol...at least on this side.
  19. There is no such thing as an "accident". Negligence, stupidity, foolishness, carelessness, whatever you want to call it is what it is. That applies to everything in life.
  20. Thus driving up the costs of medical care to other consumers paying out of pocket or via insurance and the government who pays the Medicare/Medicaid bills.
  21. That's like the oldest picture on the interweb. But I still like it and there probably are those who have not seen.
  22. I tend to agree. Why should faculty or any other employee have any more right to defend themselves than a student? I would not feel any safer. All that means is he made the score with some type of weapon. I'll let our service members comment further on that but those guys are not trained for campus pyschos or typical law-enforcement matters.
  23. Good for her! and you too! Those CZ .32's are excellent and very accurate little guns.
