To buy that Uberti absolutely nothing is required, only money. Matter of fact you can order one directly off the internet and have it sent right to your home. Cabelas has a very nice selection of BP pistols. BP replicas are not considered firearms and AFAIK not subject to TICS or anything else.

They are fine for now but long term you might want to pick up a 50 cal ammo can to store in.

The CZ 82 has polygonal rifling much like a Glock. Very difficult to see the lands & groves. They are there and those are very accurate pistols. Since the gun store guy doesn't know what he's talking about go back and offer a ridiculously low amount for that "worn out" gun.
