At John Sevier they will let you fire a shotgun on the rifle range but only to pattern the thing. They last time I tried it they made a big production out of having to go setup the steel ring to hold the target.

I truly enjoy seeing legislation like this initiated at the federal level but it also frightens me to no end. If the proposed bill ever makes any headway it will be so bastardized by other Senators and Representatives who know nothing of what they do that it will most likely result in further annoyances and inconveniences.

IMHO the Yugo M57 is superior. Better sights, longer grip (+1 extra round) and the import-required safety doesn't totally disable the gun....when it's not engaged.

I have the blue version (BTV) and can't brag on it enough. Excellent rifle. Crazy accurate and the heavy barrel maintains accuracy during a long day at the range...even with bulk ammo. Like MacGyver said, get a decent scope and bipod. You'll want to pick up several of the 10 round mags also. It only comes with one 5 rounder which is absurd.

I've never bought anything from them because of their gouging and for the simple fact they do not have the lowest prices on anything.
