I personally couldn’t care less about the CMA, their members, their mutual admiration society, and the poor excuse for entertainment they put out. Same goes for good music and their societies that think average folks give a damn and are hanging on to everything they do. If you like the product, separate the “artist” from the “art”. Then go study some history. The fact of the matter is there is no getting away from “woke”, whatever that means to you. Entertainers, corporations, governments, etc., are going to try to build a customer base. That will involve the perception or actual fact they are are supporting something you don’t believe in. It is what it is and always has been that way.

What happened in Nashville today at the house? Sexton is on the radio saying there was an “ insurrection” instigated by three house members regarding gun control with protestors “charging” state troopers and raising all kinds of hell.

Was anyone denied buying a firearm?

I guess it all depends on what you expect. I kinda lean towards it’s not worth the effort for the casual shooter, but maybe if you’re talking about distance or competition then it might help. Then again, if the action isn’t secure, then a fancy new stock isn’t worth it. I have a 10/22 with a Boyd’s stocks bought about 12 years ago, it’s tight and accurate, but things do change over the years. Usually not for the best. I think @Hozzie knows a thing or two about this subject.
