  1. If the guy was looking for a payday he'd have a bucket, guitar or rifle case laying on the sidewalk in front of him while he proselytizes for people to throw change into.
  2. From one year ago....https://www.smith-wesson.com/wcsstore/SmWesson2/upload/other/LA_SDPR_LA%20Approved.pdf   I guess the LASD and S&W made up.   BTW, it took about 3 seconds of Googling to find that.
  3. According to the agitator's website he spent a couple of hours in downtown Nashville today with the exact same gear.
  4.   That's so simple it's absurd.  Thanks!
  5. There are several in the $100 range that are perfectly adequate.  I have this....http://www.sportsmansguide.com/product/index/barska-25-125x88mm-waterproof-spotting-scope?a=556286.   Also a small pair of cheap binoculars is good for up to 50 yards.
  6.   Not exactly.  He violated the law of common decency, an intangible concept that is up there with these "natural rights" everyone keeps harping on.  Wasn't really a problem in the past when we actually had some semblance of a society in which people made a conscious effort not to disturb everyone else.  Now it's every person for themselves, screw everyone else.
  7.   Have you read the ruling?  It clearly explains that one does not have to produce the evidence, only "retain" it.  He in fact had the documentation in the "case" and the LEO's did in fact see it.  He just did not give it to them.
  8. I'm not much of a knife guy but this blade speaks to me.   Very nice.
  9. What would he sue for if I might be so naive?
  10. There is copy of the order on his website if anyone wants to read it.  You'll have to go find it because if I post the link here it might bring down the forum.
  11. As to the "headline" I wonder who will be sued. The guy responsible already paid with his life so can't blame him. Certainly the business will be sued by the parents. Who's gonna charge the parents for incredible foolishness and irresponsibility in allowing a 9 year old to shoot a fully automatic weapon?
  12. I don't think so.  But it does come with free shipping!
  13. Make sure you have extra chain/cable.  It will get shot.
  14. I was going to ask why in the hell anyone would stick their head in a barrel then monkeylizard cleared it up.
  15. Shoot it and report back.
  16. I'm a big fan of his work.  Hope he's ok.
  17.   The 7 round limit was tossed out by a federal judge.  Magazine capacity is up to 10 rounds.
  18. Still....no pictures.
  19. What if someone's crazy uncle gave a pistol to some cousin in Mississippi in 1962 and said cousin then sold it to a friend back in Tennessee a few years later then friend's sole heir who lived in Alabama took it home then sold it at a gun show, online or to another friend?   Just want to make sure you guys cover all the bases.  ;)

    Glock 19

Well, Smith and Wesson revolvers are the pinnacle of handgun design.   Anything else is just a tool.
  21.   I tend to agree.  If I stopped buying from every company that I had some political issue with I'd be living naked in the woods eating tree stumps.
  22. Most of the hex uppers are billet and CNC machined.  Takes a lot less time, effort and money to cut them that way.  As for the strength compared to forged uppers that seems to be another overly debated thing in the gun world.
  23.   Nothing's changed.  No joy at that store.  Was in there a couple of weeks ago looking for some new shoes.

    Glock 19

      That's more like it.
  25. 50# as in pounds?
