  1. Hornady has a whole line of One Shot products, some are for guns, some are for cases.

  3. This is what happens when you play with guns.  :P   Regardless of the tragic shooting out there in Kodak in weather like this you've really got to be alert when driving.  There is a direct correlation between the beautiful weather we've been having and absolute lunacy on the roads.  The past couple of days I've seen an exponential increase in idiocy behind the wheel.   Powerball tickets were a great idea today.   Glad y'all made it home.

    shooting in Kodak?

Indeed, but not same guy....   http://www.wate.com/story/26616924/shooting-reported-in-kodak-subdivision
  5. I have heard they are notorious for backorders on "in-stock" merchandise, charging you up front for it and overall horrible customer service.  A quick Google search will show lots of unhappy reviews.
  6.   How would you extract the empty shells?  Blackhawks, like all single actions, have a manual ejector so moon clips are not needed.   They could copy the Chartler Arms rimless revolver that requires no moon clips if they wanted to pay.
  7.   That will probably be along in a year or two.
  8.   Ruger has a very bad habit of doing that.
  9.   Yes they do.  This state is full of hysterical ninnies just like every one one.

    m1 or clone

Are you looking for an M1 Garand, M1 Carbine, or M1A?    Those are three different rifles.   National Postal Meter is M1 Carbine.  Your thread title asks about M1 but your 1st post indicates M1A.
  11.   Don't go out of your way to visit.
  12. They sell guns, ammo and accessories now in the store.  Have been for a while.
  13. Visited that page many times.  Lot's of great information there even though from a technical standpoint the website sucks.
  14. Before I bought a vise I just used c-clamps and clamped the upper receiver block down on the workbench.  That worked fine.
  15.   If you need the last word you may have it...even if you're wrong.   :taunt: :D
  16.               See the part in bold where he said "Yep"?
  17. Would have liked to meet the guy but all I would have to say is "Nice to meet you, big fan of your work.  Do you know how much money you've cost me?"
  18.   What, What?  Tobashadow said he found a lower but they would only transfer it as a rifle.  That is wrong.  Then again, we're only going on what he said.
  19. I think flying in a B-17 pretty much is my bucket list.
  20.   Pretty sure that is a violation of ATF regulations if it's a new lower.
  21. Kroil.  Soak it and let the oil work it's magic.
  22.   So they had a stripped lower but would only transfer it as a rifle?
  23.   I have been buying from and checking PSA's website daily for a couple of years now and have never seen a $39 lower from them of any kind.   Regrdless, of brand, etc., let's say you find a $50 lower online.  PSA used to charge $7 for shipping on that...a year or two ago.  Add $30 for transfer & TICs (Knoxville area price).  That's $87.00
  24. PSA has really stepped up the shipping lately from what it looks like.   They also haven't had any crazy deals in the past couple of weeks.  ;)   I've ordered a lot of stuff from them....but I have patience, unlike many of the now, now, now generation.
