  1.   Definitely a good idea to check for debris as well.
  2. See what happens when you shoot steel-cased ammo.
  3.   Just enough for the police and government of course.  Maybe his highness will allow us rubes the occasional shotgun...just like where he came from.
  4. It's a bull barrel Mark II.  Best .22 semi Ruger ever produced.
  5.   It's the sugar free ones that have the real magic.  ;)   http://www.amazon.com/Haribo-Sugar-Free-Gummy-Bears/dp/B008JELLCA
  6. Canning has taken on a whole new meaning.
  7. For $150 you'd be right.
  8.   This.  That place is going to dry up without our water and they ain't getting it.   I've been to Atlanta enough to know I'll never plan on getting anywhere close to it again.

Something like this might work if your looking for a youth/compact shotgun....   http://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/cPath/672/products_id/20983
  10. That must have been very rewarding for both you and them.  Good job.
  11. Never heard of it.  As he's probably getting paid to endorse it I'm sure it's perfect for you.
  12.   Those rifles have a pretty strong lineage.
  13. That's a fine looking specimen.
  14. From what I've heard that's a Mousqueton AMD.  A 3 round burst variation of the AC556/Mini-14.  Note the M1 carbine style sling cutout, fancy checkering and rubber buttpad.
  15. Hang in there BG.  That's a lot to have heaped on you all at once.
  16.   There are two versions:  QD and not QD.  I have both and pictured is the QD version.  Primary Arms had it on sale after Christmas...it was about $90 shipped and Burris was offering a $20 rebate (ended 12-31) so I'm into it for $70.  :pleased:
  17.   They are Butler Creek flippers (20 eye, 27 obj).  The bra on mine was busted when it arrived so I called up Bushnell and they sent me the caps.
  18. I recommend a Burris PEPR. It will allow you to position the scope were it should be allowing proper eye relief, access to charging handle and you can have a Magpul MBUS installed....just can't use it until the scope it taken off. Crappy pic but it does clear the MBUS:
  19.   Enter something like 1000 for quantity wanted.
  20.   Nope.  I've traveled to many of the area WM's looking for ammo and have heard similar absurdities at nearly all of them.
  21. I've heard this one more than once at the Walmart sporting good counter.
  22. I think I've finally formed an opinion on that dude.  It's not flattering.
  23. Here's how one local welcomed the spectacle...
