FYI, DDI is a fairly new Knoxville company that I'd like to see an example of.  Their availability in 7.62 is kind of spotty right now.

I would probably recommend the WASR for best value. Others will say the same. There have been some rumblings about PSA using cast trunnions that I tend to agree with. No need to cut corners in that department. Personally, I would like an Arsenal SLR-107FR if inclined to spent 1k on one...which I'm not.

  While Gen 2's are the epitome of Glock Perfection, the 20/21's are huge.  They fill up the hand much more than a Gen 3 SF or Gen 4.

Interesting stats from the FBI.  The CDC lumps murder in with "gun related homicides" which include justifiable shootings if I'm not mistaken.  Their total is just over 11,000....maybe 11,200 for 2012 or 13.  I'm not going to go look it up right now.   By that one can infer that there are roughly 3.000 justifiable "homicides" per year.
