  1. If something gets going let me know.
  2. Absolutely amazing.
  3. That should just about cover their shipping costs.
  4. I thought that thing only drove around my neighborhood. Annoying as hell but I have to admit sometimes that clapping gets my groove going, lol.   I guess they all use the same soundtrack now.  This is it here:   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uQZPsAnzMdQ

    High Standard

While the circumstances are unfortunate that pistol is a wonderful treasure and testament to your friendship. High Standards are the gold standard for American semi-auto .22's. That one looks like it just came out of the box! Treasure the magazine as well. Originals are somewhat hard to find and ridiculously priced. Only shoot standard velocity ammo!
  6.   Firefox.  That's seven letters.
  7.  .
  8. Well, the Jap 6.5x50mm Arisaka round is 2mm shorter than the 6.5x52mm Carcano round so that's not an option.
  9.   I would like to see all the dangers, anarchy and evil they can muster take out that pansy Travis....all at once.
  10.   No.  The 64 has a .38 Special cylinder.  The 65 is .357 Magnum.
  11. Just got home. Freaking awesome! Watching the Corsair fly made my naughty bits tingle. Coolest plane ever.
  12. The wife failed me today but I did see the Blue Angles rehearsal yesterday and Thursday. Thursday was at the Toyota dealer (right at the end of the runway) at just the right time. Decided to take the afternoon off yesterday and go back. They were flying right overhead. The whole time thinking....I'd hate to be whoever those incredible planes and pilots were after in a combat situation.
  13. If you could edit the dudes out it'd be a lot cooler, otherwise, I approve this video.
  14. It's tax return season and fellas are blowing their refunds.   That being said, absolutely nothing will be available by November 9th.
  15. And wasn't he at the end of the line with his head over a bathtub when the Terminus people were preparing dinner?
  16. There is zero chemistry among those actors and their characters.
  17. Here's another Hillary joke: Hillary.
  18. Why was this even reported and who cares?
  19. The Finns took captured Russian M91's and basically rebuilt them using only the receiver, bolt, and maybe a few bits of the internals to create the M39. They even modified the magazines to alleviate rim lock. Very accurate rifles with kind of a neat history. My first had an 1899 Russian made receiver. The one I have now has a Remington receiver. Remington made a couple hundred thousand M91's for the Tsar around 1916. They are the manliest of Mosins.
  20.   M39's are not crude, Russian peasant rifles.  They have always been a couple hundred more than Ivan's basic Izhevsk manufactured in the untold millions.   That being said, Classic bought out the only known supply of them and have jacked the prices.  If they reduced the price by $100 to $350 that is still a bitter pill to swallow for something with a damaged stock.  Light rusting is easy to fix but I image that also means a good deal of the original finish may be gone.  A damaged stock, on the other hand, can be a nightmare.  You either fix it or do without.  There are no replacements.
  21. That gun is bent.
  22.   Pictures are kinda required!
  23. I'm pissed for you. It's bad enough that dealers don't stand behind what they sell but that something like that is even shipped from the "manufacturer" for lack of a better term. Is it so hard for some goon at Century, or the seller, to stick a laser bore-sighter in there to see if the sights are at least close?
  24. That is an M82 primer for 155mm howitzers.
