  1. FYI, in Firefox you can permanently disable notifications without having to store a reference to the site in the browser settings. 1. Go into advanced configuration by typing about:config in the address bar. 2. Accept the dire warning, at your own risk of course. 3. Search for dom.webnotifications.enabled 4. Double-click the preference to change the default value from True to False I have no idea what else that setting might impact but is does stop the pop-up notification setting request if you use private browsing or do not want the site url stored in your browser settings.
  2. Is there a way to disable the push notifications? In Firefox it pops up every time I login. If I accept it then FF will store it in the list of sites which are allowed to send notifications where you can then block it. This however, requires permanently storing the website address in your browser setting. If using private browsing then it must be set every time you log in.
  3. I was out there a few weeks ago and saw at least a dozen completely covered in cosmo. It was such a beautiful sight it nearly brought a tear to my eye.
  4. Bury in the back yard if you know you'll be there forever maybe. Believe it or not cremation lasts longer. You always have them with you.
  5. So far the sight looks pretty good in a mobile browser (Safari) and very usable. Maybe TT is not really needed anymore.
  6. Now it's being auctioned via the "United Gun Group".  Never heard of it
  7.   ^ part of the problem.  Furthermore that makes absolutely no sense.

    Need to vent

It's the same no matter where you go or what you do.
  9. Normal machining and wear with regards to that shiny streak. Common to all semi-autos. Maybe put a dab of oil or grease on the streak. Load it up and enjoy. CZ 50's are excellent little pistols.
  10.   That's the road I was going down.  If it's a Yugo, then what they cut off was not a flash hider but the grenade launcher.  And if it is a Yugo then the gas valve is shut off.
  11. What kind of SKS is it?  One reason I ask is they do not have flashhiders.
  12. Wonder if they guys at Biker Rags would know?

  14. Good luck and hope all goes well!
  15. Is it a old 121 Fieldmaster or newer 572?   Extractors for both models are in stock and available here:   121:  https://www.gunpartscorp.com/Manufacturers/Remington-33454/Rifles-37895/121-39477.htm   572:  https://www.gunpartscorp.com/Manufacturers/Remington-33454/Rifles-37895/572-39538.htm
  16. I have read that gibberish at least 8 times and all I can come with is: If an entity can post but does not, then they are immune from civil liability. Does that sound about right?
  17.   That is not the bill that went into effect.       This is what was passed:  http://www.capitol.tn.gov/Bills/109/Amend/SA0692.pdf   http://wapp.capitol.tn.gov/apps/BillInfo/Default.aspx?BillNumber=SB1736   In other words don't anyone get too excited.
  18. Keep it.  How does a newer Glock with those stupid-ass finger grooves fit your hand better?
  19. Poor kid will probably be kicked out of school.
  20. Word is going around that AIM Surplus was hacked.  Specifically, the driver's license/FFL upload portion of the site.  They apparently are sending out letters and offering a year's worth of credit monitoring.
  21.     Thanks.  I was too busy looking at the amendments and what did and didn't pass.  Going straight to the summary is pure genius.
  22. Governor signed the bill today.  Lifetime permits have been reduced from $500 to $200.  Effective maybe July 1st of this year or next.  See here if you really want to figure out when:  http://wapp.capitol.tn.gov/apps/BillInfo/Default.aspx?BillNumber=HB1424   That figures since the $500 fee wasn't really a good deal for me and just last week I wrote The Man a check for about 87 dollars and 50 cents for the current renewal scheme.
  23. Contrary to popular opinion many "addicts" are highly intelligent people.  Nick is resourceful and has the brain power to adapt.  He's the smartest one of the bunch, not including the experience of Daniel and Strand.
  24. David is always at the Knoxville shows.   Print this coupon to get $2 off admission:  http://rkshows.com/coupon/
  25. That might just be the greatest interwebz post of all time.
