What kind of mag are you using? Those 30 rounders as pictured are notoriously unreliable and cause all kind of problems, especially if not USGI.

If you want to use the SKS clips to load the AK mags there is an adaptor for that...but it's kinda silly to load one just to load the other.

You'll note that clips is italicised.

Why waste the time? Ignoring doltish posts is usually the best way to make them go away....and not take the bait. Selling a firearm to someone who publicly posted an out of state phone number is a good way to get into trouble, and that trouble just might be deserved. So far we've heard an assumption on reason for denial and a gun dealer being left to take care of it. 1) A reason will be given for denial. What is it? 2) It is up to you to get it resolved. Not the dealer.

There is not a single semi-automatic centerfire rifle on Acadamy's website right now. Whatever the hell they did, I paid $87.50 for 7 years to get me synched with an age divisible by 5 just before starting this thread. About two weeks after I got the renewed permit I got a refund check from The State for $12.50. If they keep screwing around like this than whatever "surplus" they've reaped that justified the lower lifetime fee will be completely wasted in trying to keep track of it all.

PPK's and all the knock-offs are usually very accurate but the PPK is known for slide bite. Is that what you got or something else?
