  1. I wouldn't count too much on the NRA expending a lot of resources on trying to repeal NFA laws and regulations. They have their hands full nation wide just supporting basic ownership rights. The fight is not in Washington. It's in every state and local government where the anti's have focused their resources.
  2. Unless you are using that ammo for self defense, which I certainly hope your aren't, I wouldn't worry about it too much. Believe it or not but Glocks are not perfect and if you look closely at that Federal aluminum ammo you'll see the tolerances are way on the sloppy side. I think they are loading the cases like it's brass. In the couple of hundred rounds I've used there is a noticeable bulge where the bullet is seated....and using 17 round Mec-Gar mags for a Smith 5904 I can only get 16 rounds in. 17 rounds of Federal brass goes in with no problem.
  3. No doubt about it. Might also hint that they should probably proof their error messages. That is assuming the \ wasn't coming from something more buggy.
  4. Posting from the iphone now. That did the trick! Thanks.
  5. No go. Still same error.
  6. I can no longer login using Safari on IOS 10.1.1. Error is "Password can\'t start with space" (that is the exact message, including the \). Pops up the second you try to enter something in the password field.
  7. I've never seen smoke over the Knoxville area like we have right now. Heard a lot of reports of arson being the cause of a lot of these fires. What kind of ignorant, back-assward #### goes out and purposefully sets uncontrollable fires in the driest conditions this area has seen in decades, if not forever?
  8. Of course not, they rarely break.
  9. It looks like they had an abortion and Ruger copied it. That thing is hideous.
  10. I bet they sell .22 in zip lock baggies from Walmart-bought bulk packs as well. Stores like that will never see a dime of my money or me darken their door. Personally, I think they should be outed right here so someone doesn't get screwed. I'll leave it to management to determine what is acceptable but supporting LGS's can only go so far.

    Cubs!

It’s been 108 years since the Cubs last won a World Series and that number is quite significant: There are 108 stitches in a baseball, designed by the Cubs first manager and ace pitcher A.G. Spalding, whose Chicago office was originally located at 108 W. Madison Street. The left and right field corners at Wrigley Field are 108 meters from home plate. First pitch for the Cubs is always at 7:08 p.m. CST, which is 19:08 military time. 1908, the last time the Cubs won it all. Cubs win the World Series in the 1989 film “Back To The Future Part II,” which is 108 minutes long.
  12. Did anybody here get in on the action?
  13. So why is it called SAINT? I get the SA part but what is INT? Assuming this is some clever acronym.
  14. Funny how often that happens.
  15. The point can't speak?
  16. Arby's never has been cheap. I bet that deer meat sammich will probably run about.....$10.39.
  17. Mighty bold of them to claim they've been making firearms since 1794
  18. Maybe he'll finally grow into that big-ass hat.
  19. It is getting to be that time of the year. Last November I was heading west on I-40 and there around Cuba Landing just east of the TN river some ole boy was pulled off in the median cutting the backstrap out of a fresh one.
  20. Hunting made easy. Coming soon......http://www.foxnews.com/leisure/2016/10/26/oh-deer-arbys-tests-venison-burger-at-select-locations/ According to my Google skills the only Tennessee location is 2044 Rosa L. Parks Blvd in Nashville. Available October 31 - November 3.
  21. There was a recall on that model. I wonder if this is related. Do you know if it evever went back to the factory?
  22. You've still got a thing for Barbarella don't you?
