  1. I just heard the The Eagles Greatest Hits 71-75 is now the greatest selling album of all time, surpassing MJ’s Thriller. Perhaps the world is correcting. Edit: it regained the top spot lost to Thriller 10 years ago.
  2. Where they as good as Captain Beyond?
  3. Not a band. While he had the “Experience” behind him, he was the talent. One of the greatest guitarists of all time, no doubt.
  4. The Stones are one of the greatest, but not the greatest. Not by a long shot. Their longevity and hits put them in top rankings but they have put out tons of crap over the years. On the other hand their bluesy stuff is exceptional. They are the most business savvy band in the business.
  5. If we’re gonna about the greats let’s hear why. Like I said, my #1 is Zeppelin because there is not a single thing they ever recorded that I don’t like. Turns out the best thing they ever did was covers. This is powerful stuff here. It rocks and it’s just fun.
  6. Led Zeppelin The Beatles The Who Rolling Stones CCR and all the rest of them. I’m pretty set on 1 and 2 as personal favorites.
  7. RIP Aretha. Her voice and attitude spans generations and always will. Little bit of trivia for you: Elvis also died on an August 16th. So did Robert Johnson, if you’re really into music and know who that is.
  8. Stop worrying about being a millennial. When you see what a train wreck the generation that is coming after you turns out to be you’ll get your chance for payback. Gen-X rules.
  9. Kudzu is edible, lol.
  10. No one part of the state has any kind of monopoly on buying and selling on this forum or any other available venue. It all has to do with what is offered when and where for what by whom.
  11. Without a doubt. It is most likely loaded with cordite as well.
  12. Dan Wesson make a mighty fine 1911. One of these days I’ll have one.
  13. So many smart-ass things to say, I just don’t where to start. Can anyone help?
  14. Not sure how their customer service is but near as I can tell Milwaukee warranties are only extended to the original purchaser.
  15. That is very tastefully done.

    Glock 36

How was the G36 hit or miss back in the day? Being a Glock don’t they just work? As a concerned S&W shareholder I highly recommend the Shield. Detail stripping is way overrated and their stock has taken a beating the past few months.
  17. I would go through some of the recommendations posted here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-hardware/all-printers-stopped-working-after-windows-10/172a3558-da4f-40e9-8ee1-9be090e4887d?page=1 Browse through them and try the simple stiff first. You may just need something as simple as updated drivers from the printer manufacturer.
  18. You'd look fabulous, lol. https://i.imgur.com/WiDEO3J.jpg
  19. But if one has an imitation FAL why not an imitation HP?
  20. Your certification might be at stake if you don’t consider one...or is it more manly to pay far more than needed for something fully functional, yet seldom used?
  21. Keep it properly lubed and it will come out just fine.
  22. S/42 was one of the manufacturer’s codes for Mauser Oberndorf. In other words the Mauser factory in Oberndorf, Germany. 1936 indicates the year the original rifle in K98 configuration was made. Looks like a very well done customization.
  23. I’ve not handled one in person but what I’ve seen on the www is mostly positive.
  24. Those new Tisas Regent BR9 Hi-Powers are starting to get some attention.
