Buy her what SHE wants and buy it brand new.
  2. You mean 1945, right?

    Ruger Wrangler

I noticed that as well and had the exact same thought.

Jeff's article with detailed pics: https://www.gunblast.com/Ruger-Wrangler.htm
  5. If I was in the need for .30 Carbine right now I would seriously consider the Fiocchi at $14.95/box (case price) from SGAMMO.
  6. Looks a lot like one of those $100 WalMart Hatfield shotguns. Chances are it comes from the same factory. That’s all I got.
  7. Grandma paid me, at home mom and dad made me. Some noise about responsibility, etc, etc, lol.
  8. So tragic. Centuries of history gone in a day.
  9. Ruger has finally released this fantastic take-down carbine in the mighty .40 and a 9mm version with a free float hand guard. https://www.ruger.com/products/pcCarbine/models.html
  10. Very sorry for your loss.
  11. Awesome from the embellishment or context standpoint? If the former you should google up Mexican drug lord 1911’s, lol.
  12. 8 round clips for the Shield have always been cheap. Finding flush fit 7 round mags at a decent price has always been a challenge.
  13. That applies to renewals, not new “CCW’s”...whatever those are.
  14. .32 S&W (short) works in .32 S&W Long that works in .32 H&R Magnum that works in .327 Federal Magnum. If you're talking about .32 ACP that might work as well but you'll probably have to poke the shells out with a stick of some sort.
  15. Some of them need it for sure, lol! Congratulations to you both and welcome back.
  16. If you really want the ammo can and stripper clip spoon it's not too terrible...but your paying $23.67 for that can and spoon when you compare it to this: 5 of these 90 round boxes of the same ammo (450 rounds total) shipped for $125. https://palmettostatearmory.com/american-eagle-5-56-nato-62gr-fmj-90rd-box-on-stripper-clips.html
  17. Why would you want to shoot black powder in a Nagant?
  18. a And a guy trying to moon the camera next to the pickup, lol.
  19. We are getting overloaded in ET...seriously.
  20. Tennessee has no “CCW” so you might want to check with whatever state issues such things.
  21. I am seriously hungry to throw down on a sackload of Krystal’s right now. Being a Southern boy, I like to bring them home and put on some extra mustard.
  22. Have you shot it yet? Is there something you don’t like about it? Rather than mods, I’m the type of guy to recommend ammo and practice.
  23. I can see not liking an ambi-safety but a Glock slide stop? It’s so minimal to begin with and how could it possibly interfere with anything? I can definitely see the possibility of unintended consequences by cutting part of it off. What, I have no idea, but seems to me the odds are greater than leaving it alone.
  24. Are you looking for full, commander, or compact (Officer) sized 1911’s? 9mm or .45? Rock Island Armory offers all three sizes in both calibers for under $500. They are generally excellent pistols and a great value.
  25. Good ammo. WalMart sells 150 round boxes for right at $30 after tax.
