This goes back to my earlier comment. The tools are one thing, the cleaning juices used in the process are an entirely different matter. I’ve come to the conclusion no one knows what they’re talking about when it comes to that.

Season 9 resumed last night. I thought it was decent. Dirty Darryl may need to take a bath if he starts becoming a leader, lol.

The only thing I can swear by is a one-piece coated cleaning rod and Hoppe’s #9 with cheapest bronze brushes from WM. Q-Tips are an indispensable must, along with an old toothbrush. Pipe cleaners are very handy as well. One thing I can assure of is every person is probably going to give a different opinion.

Collect or amass? I have a lot of old albums, cassettes and CD’s I guess could be called a collection. Used to have tons of books until I learned I could live without them and hauled a good deal of them off. Have several old Victrolas my dad collected but I’ve never had the bug like he did. I do like them though.

WalMart has several inexpensive tool boxes that make fine storage for gun cleaning stuff. I have one and it works great. Stanley I believe it is.

I’ve been on a quest for some “new” music lately since what they put out now is crap. Here’s an hour and a half of 20 songs from some great 70’s Rock that didn’t make it to the radio. Some bands are familiar, many other not.

I’d say put $600 on it with some wiggle room. The gun store is not going to give anything close to that, especially if they don’t know what it is.

I’m gonna go way out on a limb and take a WAG that with name Colt on it might put it in somewhere in the range of $600. It is a cobbled together mismatch of parts and customization. It is definitely worth what someone is willing to pay for it in his case.

I have seen that and always thought it might be rebranded Crystal hot sauce. Bottles look the same. Ingredients are too maybe. Have never tested that theory though.

That’s not the same Holosun in the PSA deal but yeah, they all come from the same factory.

If sodium is a concern you might want to try Trader Joe’s chili pepper sauce. It has no sodium at all and is delicious.
