I picked up a new .380 a few weeks ago. However, I have been unable to find .380 ammo anywhere. Academy got a great shipment of ammo yesterday, and I was even able to pick up 9mm and .22lr at 11:00 am, but .380 was not in this shipment. I have called around a few places. Has anyone found .380 recently? I would like to shoot this thing so I can start carrying it.

Thanks. I had found that number, but when I initially tried it, I did not listen to all the options. I thought it was just for scheduling. I called, and luckily when I got home, there was my HCP sitting in my mailbox. Now I just have to decide what kind of holster to get for my PT111. I kind of like the concept of the IWB behind the back, but I am just not sure. Thanks again for the info. I took 7 days from the date of issuance to arrive in my mailbox.

In my HCP class and a couple times on this forum, folks have mentioned calling to check on their HCP status. Does anyone have a phone number to call for checking in this? Thanks.

I just recently purchased a handgun (and a .22 rifle a month before that). I have done some searches, but I am seeking clarification. I do not have my HCP yet, as I have not even shot the handgun. I transporting it to the range, I know I need to have it in the trunk. However, can I have ammo in the magazines if they are separate from the gun? Or do I need to completely unload the magazines before transporting? Does the same thing apply for the .22 rifle as well? Thanks.
