Sounds very familiar. I bought my first house in 2001 and had a 7.25% rate. We bought late last year and are at 2.375% but with a 15 year mortgage and had a much larger down payment %.

Based on some quick research, it appears to be a Gen 2. It has the keymod handguard, is marked multical, and the magazines all have the FDE follower. The muzzle does look pinned; I've never had the handguard off.

Selling my IHC M1 Garand along with a few extras. Gun is in excellent condition. Comes with an additional national match operating rod and a spare barrel. Also a tobacco can with spare ammo clips. Lastly, approximately 272 rounds of 30-06 ammo already in clips. Pictures tell a much better story than I can. Sold

They are in the pre-order phase. Once approved, it will be yet another specialty plate TN offers. I figured there have to be more than a few Jeep owners on TGO.

I've actually made sales from old threads. I posted some reloading dies, etc. and completely forgot about it. Many months later, I get a DM. If it had been something high-value, or taking up too much garage space, I would have worked to sell the item sooner. Just like other forums on TGO, I tend to view them in chronological order unless I'm searching for something specific.

You are correct. Of course, in the last decade, they are 5-5. Either Vanderbilt has gotten more competitive or UT has fallen significantly. Or possible a bit of both.

That's a bit of an exaggeration. You can count the number of football games Vanderbilt won against UT in the last 10 years on one hand - but you will need every finger.
