Using logic to decompose a problem into solvable chunks... What a novel concept!

Sounds very familiar. I bought my first house in 2001 and had a 7.25% rate. We bought late last year and are at 2.375% but with a 15 year mortgage and had a much larger down payment %.

Are forced reset triggers actually legal and for how long?
bubbadavis replied to MemphisStuck's topic in Long Guns
You forgot the many months wait for the privilege of putting a stock on something. This actually annoys me more than paying for the tax stamp. -
I filled up for $3.81 at a BP tonight but the Shell directly next door was $4.19 both for regular ole ethanol polluted 87.

This was when a 7 cent coupon was worth more than the paper it was printed on. And I do remember those metal cans of Quik. It tasted better then!

After many years of hope, it's happening. I'm finally moving to TN
bubbadavis replied to shadyduk1979's topic in General Chat
When we returned to middle TN, one of my goals was to live outside of Davidson Co. This was due in part to the property tax shenanigans a few years ago. We ended up about two miles from Davidson Co in Wilson Co. -
What we need is a TGO plate!

They ran a vote on several options - and that one won. But I sure can't disagree with you!

Never mind, Bubba can't read too well... The article was about another Franklin shop.

There is a group trying to get a TN Jeep license plate produced. If you might be interested, details are at the pre-sale page: https://asoldierschild.kindful.com/?campaign=1168359. They are in the pre-order phase. Once approved, it will be yet another specialty plate TN offers. I figured there have to be more than a few Jeep owners on TGO.

I've actually made sales from old threads. I posted some reloading dies, etc. and completely forgot about it. Many months later, I get a DM. If it had been something high-value, or taking up too much garage space, I would have worked to sell the item sooner. Just like other forums on TGO, I tend to view them in chronological order unless I'm searching for something specific.

You are correct. Of course, in the last decade, they are 5-5. Either Vanderbilt has gotten more competitive or UT has fallen significantly. Or possible a bit of both.
-
That's a bit of an exaggeration. You can count the number of football games Vanderbilt won against UT in the last 10 years on one hand - but you will need every finger.

Did I just hear "TGO cookout at MacGyver's"?

I'm just glad TGO David can make it work via the benefactors. Less scrupulous folks would be selling ads to Moms Demand Action...

I'd suggest logging into the TN Driver's License e-Services portal (https://www.tn.gov/content/tn/safety/driver-services/online.html#e-Services). It should give you the option to renew your permit if allowable. You can pay online and after the background check, they will mail you a new enhanced carry permit.

What's a good deer attractant for trail cams?
bubbadavis replied to Quavodus's topic in Hunting and Fishing
I'm not sure what's in my backyard, but its a great deer attractant. My wife and I watched 5 wonder through slowly around dusk yesterday. Two big does and three little ones. Probably spent 10 minutes or so grazing in the backyard. I've seen more deer since we moved back to TN last month than I have in years! -
My G45 convinced me to sell a G19, which I once thought was the perfect carry gun for me.

It has been a little over 4 years ago, but I used https://alexanders.net/ when I moved from Nashville to Huntsville. It included packing and moving our 2500+ sq ft house into an apartment and ministorage. They packed the entire house in a day, loaded the next day, and unloaded the next. They didn't even break a plate. It was about $8k for the packing and moving. We just moved back to the Nashville area but my new company managed and paid for the move. I didn't see an invoice - and based on what you have quoted, I'm glad I didn't! Good luck with the move. Oh, my wife and I moved our safes, etc. ourselves. There were some items a moving company won't (or shouldn't) move.
