Is this a hybrid or full electric version? If it is it limits the time the gas motor idles, shuts it down and then battery power takes over.

They really are entitlements. You regularly pay a social security TAX. It goes into the general fund to pay current SS receipients, not into your individual SS account. You merely have a promise that you too will get a payment at retirement time. My dad, who is gone now, collected almost $49,000 more in social security payments than he paid in; that is definitely an entitlement.
