Hmmm, assault rifle????? Let me see. The use of assault in this manner is a verb. A verb is an action word. So if I use my Daisy Red Rider in a attack on someone, does that make my bb gun a genuine assault weapon. I guess by definition, yes. So any weapon, knife, fists, tool, rolling pin, etc. that are used in attack on someone is considered an assault weapon. But hey I am using logic and Webster. The media and the left can use and twist what they want to fit their agenda! The word gun used in a sentence is just naked and mundane, but when it is coupled with the word assault or the word deadly it gets attention, but I don't think the gun itself changed one bit. Growing up, I thought 22LR rifle was the only gun to use.  It wasn't until I was grown, that I started using shotgun.  Got lazy.

Well I got the book this past Friday.  I have about 50% read.  I have read many Navy Seal books, Mark Luttrell's account of BUD/S and Hell week was an outstanding read.  I am on pins and needles to read the rest.  I hope to make a big dent in what is remaining.  My goal is to have this book read before Friday, Jan. 10th.  That is the release date of the movie.

I wonder why now, and what took so long.

Its 2 degrees here in frigid Vonore.  I had a TankerHC style thesis written on how cold it really is then the power went out, darn!  Power has flickered multiple times since I got up.  The cat won't go out.  He scatched my arm when I pushed him out.  Now the cat wants in, that was a quick pee.
