1. You should not have posted!  I don't need another one, but I will pass.  If Colt decides to discount that new AR15A4, I guess I have to scrape up some change from somewhere and make room in the dog house (again)!
2. I do not own one yet, still researching and mostly saving pennies, but I have done about 2 years worth of homework on 1911 (various reading message boards), my conclusion DW is top notch!  Go read the 1911 forums, you will see.
3. If I ran, I would not meet the most common profile of a gun guy!
4. I understand your skepticism, but I have been doing this for about 2 years now regarding the monthly Sig Sauer in it to win it sweepstakes public announcement, I have yet to receive the 1st email, 1st phone call, and have yet to win.  If I ever do win, I will tolerate a soliciting phone call or an email for a little while!  To each his own.
5. You in? http://www.sigsauer.com/Promotions/Sweepstakes.aspx
6. Or there is another theory, the seller would like to take advantage of the low informed, gun ignorant person, aka not the sharpest tool in the shed buyers.  Us gun nut people who hang out on gun forums 24/7 are likely NOT the targeted potential gun buyer pools these sellers were after anyway with our vast resources and shear gun value knowledge.
7. I have collected guns for over 30 years.  One thing I have learned, men will loose thousands on buying a new car, and then selling/trading it later, but will not be willing to lose a dime on a used gun.  Go figure!
8. Plus one for Numrich!  aka gun parts!  http://www.gunpartscorp.com/
9. When I first posted it, no mentioned of a gun show. Yesterday while on Alcoa Hwy just past the palm reader going South, noticed a billboard advertisement about this show, and now it says a gun show too.
10. 2 1/2 years ago, owned 0 apple products.  Got a IPAD first, loved the IPAD.  Now we have 2x Ipads, 1x Iphone, and 2 Ipods.  My next computer will be a apple.  Very good stuff!
11. Wife and I have been to Hawaii 2x now in the past 12 years.  Once on our honeymoon and again on our 10th anniversary.  Simply loved it!  On our first trip, we spent 3 days on Oahu, Pearl Harbor and Waikiki Beach.  We then spent the next 4 days on Maui, Kaanapali area.  Both were just breath taking!  We did try the road to Hanna, but failed due to car sickness!   On our 2nd trip to Hawaii, we took the 3 kids with us!  We spent 5 days on Maui, and 2 days on Oahu.  If it was not for the kids, we would have avoided Oahu, but it would be a shame and injustice to visit Hawaii for the 1st time and not visit Pearl Harbor.  We did make the trip to Hanna this time!  Very pretty, but Hanna itself wasn't that great, but the scenery going and beyond Hanna was outstanding!  Our flights were not really that long, we drove to Atlanta vs. flying from knoxville, I saved about $300 per person, and there were 5 of us!  Our flight from Atlanta to Los Angeles was about 4 hours, we had a 1 one hour lay over, and our flight from L.A. to Kahului was about 5 hours.  You must go to a Luau.  The food and atmosphere is outstanding!  If you are penny pincher, then I don't recommend going to Hawaii.  Milk is $8-$10 gallon, gas was $5 gallon, and everything was just high.  We really liked Hawaii and I did consider a "what if" I could find a job, knowing cost of living there is extremely high, but after I read about the gun laws, there is no way!
12. Happy Mothers Day! For me, its 1 of 2 days in a year that is tough for me. My mother has been gone now for 12 years. Though I hated to go to the card section at Walmart on Saturday night when she was alive, what I wouldn't give to do that again! God surely gave me a great gift, for providing me a strong loving mother. Where would I be without her! Happy Mothers Day Mom! BTW since this is a gun forum, she and I took our concealed carry test together in the first wave of Tennessee Concealed Carry permit, and she beat me in the actual shooting hands down. She could shoot!
13. Buddy you are not alone on your hardware addictions!  I mentioned it a few months back, that I made have found some relief temporarily by being heavily involved in my kids baseball this year.  This quasi rehab appears to be working slightly, but baseball will be over in another 6-7 weeks.  Then will I stay on the wagon or fall off hard!
14. Stand your ground, hold the intruder at bay until the intruder makes a decision that he will regret while simultaneously informing the wife to call 911!
15. I had a similar incident on Tellico lake last year.  I am tempted to get me one of those hunting game cameras for inside my truck, only if I can hide it well enough.  I think public boat docks are bad places for many reasons.
16. I suspect with many "college" driven surveys, there is always a 2nd agenda.  Meaning there is a survey, but the survey is hidden to the unsuspecting survey participant.
17. Carl Spackler ran himself crazy trying to get rid of rodent.
18. I have heard of such stories before, but not Campbell Co.  Usually the victim spoke English as a 2nd language.  Intimidation, and hassle factor is not worth the value of the handgun to some people.
19. I like that suggestion of CO!
20. Really, asking such questions on a gun forum message board, a message board in the South!  Do you think if we did answer, we lean to the what? Ding, Ding, Ding....
21. Always!
22. I care if its my gun.  Don't want anyone carrying my guns!
23. That is a major reason I left Sevier Co. soon to be 15 years ago, plus there are no good paying jobs in Sevierville.
