1. The plaintiffs name is Pandora Vreeland, not a common name. So is this Pandora Vreeland, a quick search of FB:
2. What about a Florida Panther? http://www.defenders.org/florida-panther/basic-facts Basic Facts About Florida Panthers The Florida panther is tawny brown on the back and pale gray underneath. It is one of 32 Puma concolor subspecies known by many names – puma, cougar, mountain lion, painter, catamount and panther. © U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Florida panthers once prowled and flourished in woodlands and swamps throughout the Southeast. When European settlers arrived in the 1600s, the clear-cutting, building and other human activities that destroy, degrade and fragment habitat began, and the fear and misconceptions that led to panther persecution took root. Today, the panther is recognized as Florida’s official state animal but it is one the most endangered mammals on Earth. Did You Know? Proportionately, panthers have the largest hind legs of any cat, allowing them to leap up to 15 feet vertically and 45 feet horizontally. Panthers are an umbrella species: Protecting them and the vast, unspoiled, wild territory each one needs to survive—an average of 200 square miles for a single male—protects many other plants and animals that live there. At the top of the food chain, these cats help keep feral hog numbers in check and deer, raccoon and other prey populations balanced and healthy. Diet Florida panthers primarily eat white-tailed deer, but they will also hunt feral hog, rabbit, raccoon, armadillo, birds and other animals. Population Estimated at 100-180 adults and subadults in south Florida, the only known breeding population. Habitat & Range Panthers historically ranged across the southeastern United States including Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, and parts of Tennessee and South Carolina. Now, the breeding population of Florida panthers is found only in the southern tip of Florida, south of the Caloosahatchee River. In recent years, young male panthers have traveled north into central and northeast Florida, and one even dispersed to west-central Georgia near the Alabama border. Females do not roam as widely and none have been documented outside of south Florida in decades. Behavior Did You Know? While the Florida panther is large, it is more closely related to small cats — like lynx and housecats — than to other big cats — like lions and tigers. Panthers are habitat generalists, which means they use a variety of habitat types, including forests, prairies and swamps. They are solitary and territorial animals that travel hundreds of miles within their home ranges. Panthers are mostly active between dusk and dawn, resting during the heat of the day. Males have a home range on average of 200 square miles and females about 75 square miles. Panthers are usually quiet, but they do communicate through vocalizations that have been described as chirps, peeps, whistles, purrs, moans, screams, growls, and hisses. Females signal their readiness to mate by yowling or caterwauling. Reproduction Rarely do all kittens survive. Kittens are born with dark spots that soon fade away as they become adults. They stay with their mother for up to two years. Mating Season: Throughout the year, with a peak in winter/spring Gestation: About 90 days Litter Size: 1-4 kittens
3. Still doing my part, 66% no or 724.  I noticed 1 yes has been added since I first read this post last evening.
4. No change, I still have a ton of brass.  Whenever I acquire brass, I clean, deprime, and clean again.  Was I suppose to see a change, like in dull?
5. My grandfather worked for the Park Service for many years.  He said he has seen a many of "panters", mostly the brown type, and swears he seen one of the black ones.  He use to have to clean 441 road of snow from the Sugarlands to almost Cherokee in the winter months, and usually early of the morning before sun up, and that is when he would seen them.  He also use to be one of those men that was stationed at a fire tower, the one on the Pinnacle in Greenbrier back in the 50s and early 60s, says he seen one or two there too.  He also was apart of the search team that looked for Dennis Martin, the little boy that was lost at Spence Field back in 1969.  He and few others believe maybe something like a mountain lion got that little boy, never was a trace.  Here is the story on the lost boy from wbir:  http://www.wbir.com/story/news/local/2014/05/22/dennis-martin-missing-45-years/9405607/   Bottom line, I believe you, and many in around Gatlinburg, Pittman Center to Cosby will believe you too.
6. Not from my hollar, spelling is correct city slicker or should I say scruffy little city slicker.
7. Saw this on FB today, a possible cougar sighting (panters to you natives), moutain lions if you think its older woman: http://www.tn.gov/twra/news/18363 TWRA Receives Photo of What Appears to Be Cougar in West Tennessee Tuesday, October 06, 2015 | 8:36am TWRA Receives Photo of What Appears to Be Cougar in West Tennessee NASHVILLE --- The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency has received a photo of what appears to be a cougar (mountain lion) taken on a trail camera on private land in Obion County in West Tennessee. The photo is being analyzed by photo/graphics experts. It was taken shortly after 8 p.m. on the evening of Sept. 20. The trail camera date was incorrect stating it was taken on Sept. 19. An investigation to solidly confirm the sighting is ongoing, although a TWRA official was unable to recover any tracks, hair or other physical evidence. Like all wildlife species in Tennessee, cougars are classified as a protected species which cannot be hunted or killed until a hunting or trapping season is established by the Tennessee Fish and Wildlife Commission, the governing body of the TWRA. States with breeding populations of western mountain lions are Nebraska, Wyoming, Colorado, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Texas. There have been documented sightings of cougars in Missouri, Arkansas, Illinois, Kentucky, Connecticut, and Kansas. Biologists believe these sightings were young males leaving their home ranges in search of new territory. These males have been known to travel hundreds of miles. TWRA biologists assure Tennesseans that in the event of a confirmation of one animal it does not mean there is an established population. A cougar sighting could easily be attributed to a transient young male or an illegal release of a captive animal. ---TWRA--- - See more at: http://www.tn.gov/twra/news/18363#sthash.kjv6rTju.dpuf
8. I found this graph this morning which might help you with the more popular long range trajectories, I agree 308 probably best, but its really up to you and what you want. Now if you want to be a Seal sniper want to be, I read a lot of their books, that 300 Win Mag and 338 Lapua might be what the doctor ordered:
9. Lemshine is great, but I must have been over doing it, I am only getting about 3-4 runs to a container.

357 SIG

BTW, I think this is the coolest oxymoron, you don't see many of these with "Sig" on slide, mostly only 357:

357 SIG

Lets see, I have a P229, and a Glock 32 and 33.  I love the round, love the ballistics, and the recoil is snappy.  Reloading is a pain.  That dang neck makes it a challenge over a straight wall.    Regarding the ballistics, do some research on why many Police dept went the way of the 357 Sig.  If I ran across a 33 at a throw away price, I probably would add to my normal rotation.    Cost to shoot, I give it a D.
13. I admit I am partial this home grown video:   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mo79sqsmjbY

Glock 19 2nd Gen

Gen2 to me are what made Glock who they are.  As long as the gun is clean and free from monkey business (trigger, stippling, coating, etc.), then that is a good price, even w/o the mags.  You can figure $20 each on the OEM mag, $10 ea on the KCI and $20 on the KCI large cap, so you getting the gun @ $375 less the $40 on mags (gun should could with 1 mag), so $335 not a bad deal at all.  If you buy, and get sick, and you are traveling to E. Tenn, I would be obliged to help a feller out to recoup their investment ;)
15. This is what I purchased:   http://www.midwayusa.com/product/635839/pellets-brass-cleaning-media-stainless-steel-pins-5-lb-bag?cm_vc=ProductFinding     but you might want to try ebay too:   http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=m570.l1313&_nkw=stainless+steel+media&_sacat=0     I also purchased the Thumlers Tumbler model B I think from this vendor, which is also a good source for stainless steel media:   http://www.stainlesstumblingmedia.com/reloading-products/tumblers/thumler-s-tumbler-model-b-high-speed.html
16. Both my camera and tree stand have locking cables.   To many opportunists out there.
17. Make sure to keep this pistol.  Gifts from Dads, Grandpas, and other family, are priceless once they are gone.  You don't know what you have until they are gone.  I got a many pocket knives and a few guns.
18. Yep, I learned about this with my 1st born over 11 years ago.  A total of 4 sons later, my only complaint, I get 4 calendars a year and every other month, 4 of the TWRA magazines.  Otherwise great bargain.
19. I do.  When I made my decision, it was only after reading 100s of messages on message boards about what reloaders regretted, or switched too after reloading.   No dust, and very shiny, reusable for life.  You do have to contend with the wet element, but I really like mine.
20. Many automotive manufacturing companies are running at full blast like you described.    Stark contrast to the free fall of layoffs just 6 years ago.  I remember a many of people who were able to keep a job, on 28-32 hour weeks.
21. Other than WWII, which I respect greatly, what real military experience do they have other than technical advisors in many conflicts?
22. American Rifleman here, but I wish their Shooting Illustrated was a choice.  I find Shooting Illustrated to be a good rag.  Its a NRA owned mag, but its not even a choice as a member.  So I guess their marketing campaign snared me, because I have both.
23. It was already mentioned above, but from the The Blaze this was mentioned:   http://www.theblaze.com/stories/2015/10/02/father-of-student-wounded-in-oregon-shooting-offers-disturbing-details-about-how-christians-were-targeted/   Father of Student Wounded in Oregon Shooting Offers Chilling Details On How Christians Were Targeted   The father of a student wounded in the Oregon community college shooting described in horrifying detail Thursday evening how the gunman specifically targeted Christians. Anastasia Boylan, who was shot in the back, offered the disturbing details to her father and brother before undergoing spinal surgery.   “He shot the professor, point blank, one shot, killed him — took him right out of it,” Boylan’s father, Stacy, told CNN. “And then, this man, had enough time, I don’t know how much time elapsed before he was able to stand there and start asking people one by one what their religion was. ‘Are you a Christian?’ he would ask them. And if you’re a Christian, stand up.” “And they would stand up and he said, ‘Good, because you’re a Christian, you’re going to see God in just about one second,’” he continued, relaying his daughter’s account. “And then he shot and killed them.”   The account offered by the father corroborates other reports which indicate the gunman specifically went after Christians. “The shooter was lining people up and asking if they were christian,” tweeted Bodhi Looney, who said her grandmother was in the room as the shooting unfolded. “If they said no, or didn’t answer, they were shot in the legs.” Another student, 18-year-old Kortney Moore, relayed a similar account, telling the News Review that the shooter asked individuals to stand up and state their religion before he opened fire.     Then I like what this person said in the comments: my brothers and sisters in Christ looked a psychopath in the face and stood firm in their faith. They were amazing people we lost today. I hope that I have faith like that.
24. Rayovac is the way to go.  It has the best automatic features, it will raise your bloodpressure at the right optimum moment you need the light.  It will cause the best preacher man to cuss, at first under his breath, but moments later with long outburst.  Finally, it will train your eyes to work in the dark.  My grandmother always had a good ole Rayovac at her side.   Me personally, I didn't like those auto features, I just use Surefire.
