1. Numrich and Ebay have been my go to places for gun parts.
2. Great News!
3. I didn't think the video showed enough on how to open the safe, and could it be done in the middle of the night?  Otherwise great for a canned gun.
4. So how did you acquire one assuming you have one?

Tourists

I moved from Sevier county 15 years ago, no regrets except family.  Lived there 32 years.  Visit family 1/month.  If guns repel the tourist, I might visit more often.
6. How about this? 297/250 Morris Short, 4th from left to right: Reference: Post #170 07-21-2010: http://www.marlinowners.com/forum/cartridge-collectors/30645-official-cartridge-collector-photo-gallery-17.html
7. Except for the bullet profile, I say this may be it (a 32 necked down to 25), its called a .25NAA (.25 North America Arms): http://www.genitron.com/Basics/Common-Handgun-Cartridges
8. Wildcat for sure, but maybe a 32 rimfire necked down to 22 or 25 my guess.  I am googling now.
9. Couple of days ago received the mail packet in the mail from the NRA stating after 20+ years all dues packages are going up in early 2016.  I recently sent in my annual dues, so no big deal, and I had for some time now contemplated becoming a life member.    They do have the bargains by 2016 standards until December 31.  The notices within the package pointed me to this web site:    https://www.nra2016.org/SignIn   Here is the low down: 1-year dues will increase from $35 to $40 3-year dues will increase from $85 to $100 5-year dues will increase from $125 to $140 Life dues will increase from $1000 to $1500 Junior Life dues will increase from $550 to $750 Distinguished Life dues will increase from $375 to $750   In my mail packet and confirmed with the NRA link above, Life Memberships are on special again for $500.  I think its time, and I am going to use Paypal to pay!  Just to annoy the Paypal folks!  I guess I will later work on Patron or Benefactors level later in life.  I think I will pull the trigger on Nov. 11th.  Just in honor of some folks I know.
10. After several hundreds of transactions and ease of use, Paypal works great for me.  I wish I could use on Amazon!
11. What a waste of 2 bucks. ;)
12. Can you not use a normal antenna inside or outside for the network news?
13. The Japan market trailer is very cool, lots of scenes not seen yet:   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7XNit858b6I
14. I'm curious as well.  I use to know these rifles inside/out at one time.
15. Since I changed my mode of gun pleasures from brick & mortar to the internet years ago, finding a right attitude (& cheap) FFL transfer establishment was my only goal, and thank goodness I found one with no attitude.  So of the many brick & mortars with attitudes, continue to prey on the misinformed, and inpatient people.  As for me Scarlett, I don't give .................   I do remember the shops that had attitudes, that had a chip on their shoulders, the ones that cater to a specific targeted group, the ones that thought they knew more than me when in fact they were full of BS, the ones that sized you up as you walked into establishment, the ones that charged 10-20% more than market, and the dreaded cash price with credit cards 3% more which I despise the most.
16. I admit, I just watched the video about the green light.  It is about Veterans day, and to show that we acknowledge them.  Especially the ones that are in civilian life, the ones that are more camouflaged as civilians.  We show our respect by having one green light on.  To encourage them.  This is what its all about.   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ss3BC9xog5o
17. Don't forget the $99 32" TV from Walmart.  Last year we grabbed a 40" I think for <$150 on Black Friday.  I may try for the 60" Element for the bedroom or make it my computer monitor :screwy:   We are just slightly more then 3 weeks away if you can wait.
18. You could have left the bomb suspect picture out it.
19. http://www.greenlightavet.com/   http://news.walmart.com/news-archive/2015/10/26/americans-encouraged-to-greenlight-opportunity-for-transitioning-veterans
20. I saw the commercial for the 1st time last night, is it for tonight only, or on-going?  I like too if we can get a green light.
21. I want this (not really, but its cool anyway):
22. I myself prefer internet purchases over brick & mortar 99% of the time due to cost and convenience, however there are some notable cons to internet purchases.  One, I try to shop where they guarantee delivery in 2 days or my money back.  This works most of the time, but when my greedy tendencies creep in, I loose, and have to play the waiting game.    But hey that's just me!
23. Forgive me, but I must ask the question, why?  Is it for a SHTF event, or other?
24. Don't know why this reminds me of the Buella Ballbreaker scene in Porkys when they placed a snake into the sewer pipes.   About the 2:50 mark:   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QsM9IcT-WHE
25. Good read, thanks for sharing.
