  1. That makes no sense, they would have been drop shipped from two different locations and came together at the shipping terminal, the driver would have never touched it with out a shipping label... unless the TV store and gun shop did shipping favors for each other and it got screwed up there...
  2. Did you do a tactical entry first thing in the morning (every morning) with AK47's??? LOL!!!!!!!!!! In the opening credits of the show they come out in full gear and guns to open the shop up, stating high crime around the area... My first thought: did someone trip alarm? turns out NO, then they're clearing cars in the parking lot, running around the property with their guns, I'm sure their role playing for the camera's....
  3. do you get warning points if you use sentence enhandcers?
  4. I was extreamly bored over the weekend and seen CP for the second time, did anyone see them buy a transferable (that's what they called it and they sure didn't call it a post sample) FA HK36 for 5K? I couldn't stop laughing when they said they were going to sell it for 8K, the gun anlone is high teens, most likely low to mid 20's....this is good tv!!!!
  5. You need to double up, ear plugs and muffs if not you'll pay now and pay later, I went out 3wks ago shot 30 rounds myself and my son and brother-inlaw shot 20 more, I only used ear plugs and paid for 5 days with mono hearing, silly me my muffs were in my range bag. Don't know anything about the muzzle blast on a AR50 but the barrett brake will get your attention, you can feel the pressure wave 50+ feet away and it is loud as F**K..

Hell I would vote for them if they would repeal it. Dolomite Yeh, be a cold day in Hell. I would, too. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk That would cost me big time....
  7. Now that's Funny
  8. I've heard several times there's approx 175-200K MG privately owned in the US.. I beleive LE use's a Form 10 and still goes through the same process we have to, much faster of coarse.... How do you explain MG's in the following states (atf link above)?? 28000 in CA 4300-DC 2500-Illinois 7500 in NY
  9. I would think BATF has current list of where all recent transfers (15+/- yrs ago) are located, You can request a FOIA for your pre 1986 MG and they'll tell you: when it was made, all transfers (no names) and states it's traveled (so I've been told)... Here's alot of ATF info for 2011 http://www.atf.gov/publications/firearms/050412-firearms-commerce-in-the-us-annual-statistical-update-2012.pdf There are13000 MG's in Tn, I'm betting most of them are LE weapons..
  10. I couldn't believe I wasted 15 minutes of my life watching that..
  11. I couldn't figure out where the $1000 amount kept coming from until I reread the link again and seen the msrp rip off.
  12. It doesn't cost $1000, it cost $390 http://www.armatac.com/?page_id=158 I'm not a drum fan, I just don't like the look, if someone would build a true saw mag (hard shell, not the cloth zipper one) that looks like a M249 and it inserted into the mag well I'd buy it...
  13. I've been on the fence post to buy one of these mags for awhile, I've talked to a couple of people and they said it runs great only with 55g bullets, 62's drag, there is a newer verision coming out soon called the saw light, it is one drum with 70+/- round capacity... The Shrike while its rated for the M16 platform, it's very hard on the lower, heavyer bolt/ heavyer buffer, with a ROF around 850+, all that cycling mass is very hard on your $12000+ lower, now if you were using a RDIAS I wouldn't loose any sleep.
  14. Here you go, two verisions the 150 and a newer not releasted saw light http://www.armatac.com/products.html I know of a couple people with no luck on the sure fires 60 or 100, they call them jamomatic's

  16. Yeah that sucked but Colt got the 240 Bravo contract instead.... My vote is 6920,6940, I have both. And very soon I'll have a new 901
  17. in state transaction from a dealer cost of suppressor + sales tax + $200 tax stamp= out of state transaction from dealer to your dealer cost of suppressor + shipping + $200 tax stamp + transfer fee= My dealer charges me $35 for transfers, no matter the item
  18. Late to the party, did you buy your wife the H3? Found this topic while reasearching Tullahoma.. I plan on buying my son for his 16th Birthday and H3, so he can feel the luv of all the Hummer Haters in the world. So what makes a OEM equipped Jeep,Toyota, Ford Raptor any better then a Hummer? Is it badging: trail rated, socom, trail teams, prerunner, what? Probably personal choice...
  19. Late to the party, I think I seen that truck on major malfunctions website I like this set up for zombie killing
  20. I had buys remorse for 2wks, I started noticing alot being posted right after I bought mine at ok"ish" prices, but most were over priced everywhere I looked prior to finding the one, every once in awhile a deal shows up and you gotta be quick...
  21. Having buyers remorse? seen this on the EE, how does it compare to your price http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_7_93/1001761_50_bmg.html
  22. I think there are very few public ranges that will let you shoot a 50, I shoot on my buddies farm longest shot 375yrs, I also shoot at Terry's in Manchester that range is 330yrds, Barrett also uses this range too (witch tells me there's nothing in the boro area)... I've only bought 200 rounds of FMJBT ammo, I might buy some AP at some point, I asked on another forum (AR15.com) about ammo, several people said to say away from API and APIT unless you want to start fires... Look here for ammo, I bought from Freedom for $2.14 per rounded shipped http://gun-deals.com/ammo
  23. My buddy transfered a transferable into our dealer, we both went down to the shop the day it arrived, to check it out and do the paperwork, the dealer cracked a joke saying he'd keep the round count under 1k, my buddy turned 3 shades of red and said you better not, needless to say 4 months later it went untouched, thank god, but that joke cost them several more transfers by me and my buddy and a few don't go there speeches...
  24. My Barrett has a Mil Dot, I've only shot 30 rounds so far out of it to zero it in at 100yrds and see what the drop was at 200yrds, my buddy has the same rifle but with a BORS, I'm going to use his scope program and his cheat sheet to save me $$ ammo $$. I also have another Leupold with a duplex on my .308 700P deer rifle, for me I use a range finder so either reticle works for me... where do you plan on shooting it? what type of ammo are you going to use?
