  1. Duh..your right, but the spent case is angled down and bouncing off the ground..
  2. is there something on the feed tray deflecting the spent case towards the ground, instead of shooting it straight out?
  3. After TD #3 I fell asleep, what'd I miss?
  4. God I luv a happy ending, the V's not going anywhere.   http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/am-general-secures-six-year-4283-million-contract-to-provide-the-army-with-m997a3-hmmwv-configured-ambulances-300139298.html

  7. That's the beauty of being a SOT!! Edit: I'll remove the question about build price, in case LE are watching.. Lol. It's hell being a individual. Would you happen to have a front site for 249? My Shrike uses some modified 249 parts and my extra barrel assembly doesn't have a site yet.
  8. Why suppressed or are you using it to cycle blanks? Does that gun use a HK sear pack?
  9. Nope, only piston upper I have is my shrike. I'd be interested now your flaming pig works, nothing like a huge fireball and tracers to get the RO attention....
  10. this 1 http://slrrifleworks.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=57_103_104&product_id=124
  11. I do that every time I eat jalapenos and chili pepper beer..
  12. I just pulled it out of the safe, I was wrong mine is a 10" DD and the flange was spot welded to the rail, not the upper. Don't know if you noticed last time we shot I was adjusting a SLR gas block on it.....That gas block is sweet.
  13. Hey, I have that rail on my 11.5 BCM, doesn't a flange weld to the upper?
  14. Roger That, at least Rand McNally doesn't talk back.. Mis the turn, make a legal U turn in 100yrds, 200yrds, 1/4 mile, just wait recalculating!!!!
  15. Hopefully his avionics package doesn't include TOM TOM GPS..
  16.   I'm amazed they let us have 50BMG. Now where will you shoot a 20MM? WWTWD?                     What Would Terry Walden Do? He only outlawed 50's never said anything about 20MM now did he!!! You bring the rifle and I'll bring the Tannerite  << oops outlawed, good to go >>Shock Wave exploding targets...
  17. And I was just about to ready to buy this...LOL this bad boy shoots $100 bills   http://www.urban-armory.com/cart/proddetail.php?prod=mk19   I heard they were going after 37mm stuff to.

  19. okay point taken, but your friends mid to late 1980's M998 has crappy MTR tires, no CTIS a 3 speed tranny and he shouldn't be running through tracked wheel ruts, 20yrd to the right would have = breakfast on time.  :usa: BTW: thank you for your service..
  20. Look at this way, everyone loves jeeps, the Humvee replaced a jeep, it was so different when it came out in 1985 the technology was light years ahead of what it replaced. Not sure why you say there slow a current M1145 will do 70+mph that's a 13,000# truck, what else is faster? The reason I know the MPH is I'll drop into convoy's on the interstate and I'll interact with the soldiers driving my H1, it's always been a thumbs up experience both ways, during one of my convoy encounters I rolled up to a single M1145 and pulled up along side of him and that soldier gave me the lets race face, needless to say he lost..LOL.. The JLTV is a awesome looking machine and I'm sad AM General lost there contract to build the next gen Humvee.. But I have to ask can a JLTV do this: https://youtu.be/mIIpVjcRpCA OR OR I think not
  21. To each his own, I dig them, here is mine
  22. picture just taken out in the wild today. side by side comparasion
  23. Have you looked at this? https://www.vltor.com/shop/a5-system/pistol-a5-the-vltor-a5-pistol-kit/ When I got my 16, I had nothing but troubles with sub 11.5" uppers with carbine, H, H1,H2, H3 buffers, I switched to the V5 set up and all the short stroking and bolt bounce issues disappeared and it doesn't matter what length of upper is used. A 7.5" upper is uncomfortable up around your face...
  24. You realize Humvees are still rolling off the assemlie line as we speak "export only" :( and the C series version for the general public "export only"
  25. Current uparmorded Vees are going nowhere. You can buy all the soft skin Vees you want on iron planet.
