I would be very suprised if the house votes this bill in the way it is. This is a classic example of trying to get more then you can... this very move could kill the legislation all together. If he doesnt have the votes to pass it for sure I hope they send it to a conference commitee with the Senate and and add the ID requirement.

but if he is a buisness selling for resale, which his actions are indicating... then he needs to get a buisness license and deal with the Dept. of Revenue like everyone else. If you know someone, maybe if you dont, all it takes is a phone call and he's screwed.

wanna get his goat turn him in to the Tennessee Dept. of Revenue... if he's doing this often they will make him get a buisness license and he will have to pay the sales tax on what he sells.

the reason he probably said "out of sight out of mind" was becasue he knew it wasnt poted properly, he also knew that if it was seen there would be an issue and he'd be escorting you out. honestly this vote may be all about the 11pm time ammendment. I wouldnt be suprised if they kill the ammendment and add one about where ID's are required. Everyone needs to make that last minute push to call and email there Reps.

3 weeks ago we had a class where a 45 high point out performed a Sig GSR 1911 in the accuracy dept... I thought it was the shooters until I shot them both then ransom rested them... the guy with the Sig was sick.
