New Attempt at National Park Carry

Time to email him and let him know how we feel about this. -
Im a Glock Armorer, have been for 15 years and I wouldnt suggest this product. You NEVER want an actual manual safety on any trigger. Its not a good thing... Buy a good holster and keep your bugger hook off the bang button until your ready to fire.

at least Glock can design their OWN guns, they dont need to COPY or go into agreements with everyone else so they can use other firearms manufacturers designs. Now how ya like dem apples there Skippy?

Hamblen vs the United States 3:08-1034
GLOCKMEISTER replied to a topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
the thing that hangs him is he had knowledge of the law before hand and he also had criminal intent. It isnt like Heller, where someone chose to challenge the law... this guy made the intentional choice to break it knowing it was wrong and tried not to get caught. Theres where the difference is. -
the difference is with a Glock all you have to do is add a little duct tape and it will keep running.

So some things you have to have common sense about. I for one have been to the capital and protested, yes "AX the Tax" baby... I also remember when Ronald Reagan was shot... I dont want nut jobs like that to have complete access to our elected officials, even if it means me giving up some of my rights to insure their security. Now Im not calling permit holders nut jobs, but those whom got arrested in the Knoxville park last week would qualify. Just because you have a permit doesnt mean your top secret clearenced or 100% sane. In short I dont expect to sleep in the Governors bed, even though my tax dollars paid for it. I also don't need to have complete access to the nuclear football just because I'm a citizen of the United States. So I dont mind not arrying to the capitol. If needed I'll be outside with... -

we can keep them in check just fine protesting in the streets, we dont have to be in the building armed to do it.... IMHO. -

"I've supported all the gun bills," Williams said. "But I don't think I could support that, because I would have been shot on Jan. 13." hey.... he screwed the Republican party, but as a citizen and gunowner I couldnt be more pleased. I could care less if we carry at the capitol, its not that far up the gun agenda for me. -
we wont run the appeal unless its been paid for in full. Sorry but im not into trying up money for a month and then seeing it get denied on the final dispostion. We do however give all the money back if that dispostition is denied. No restocking fees or layaway fees.

you didnt have to send him an email, his family, and most likely he read your comments right here on this board... before you changed them. So honestly your foots tickling your tummy right about now. Have you even read this thread, or at least the posts sense you posted about Senator Jackson? The point is if you don't know enough to be able to track these other bills you mentioned and stay in the loop, then you sure don't need to call out a member of the legislature when its obvious you have a lack of knowledge on the subject. Sorry for calling it like I see it, but you owe the man an apology. Sometimes its better to think before one opens their pie hole.... especially when representing the NRA with your sig. Rant over....
-
I think what everyone's pointing out is you called out a State Senator thats done nothing but support and help our 2nd ammendment cause... doing this with a huge NRA signature in your post. It sends a very dangerous and offensive message. Most of those same people calling for your patience realize there are lots of side deals in the works for other 2nd ammendment legislation as well. So basically, the Resturant carry has passed, its about as done of a deal as you can get. Now im worried about the rest of the bills... I waited 14 years for this meal.... now I want my cake!

no offense, but/and respectfully some of ya'll just need to chill... I and a few others here said all last week this thing wouldnt be done till later this week. Guys it takes time to work these things... so far its all worked out pretty sweet and it will be fine. No point in getting into a big rush... it wasnt like it was going into effect this week anyway, it could have completely passed months ago and it wouldnt have mattered as of today. Chill people...........
-
this happens to folks all the time. Most get discouraged and do nothing but wait. I'd call the best 2nd amendment attorney I can find and do something about it. TBI has recently been run am-muck over citizens 2nd amendment rights. As dealers we are powerless, its like biting the hand that feeds you... but YOU CAN DO SOMETHING. Want more help/info pm me and and tell ya more.

some of the resturant people have said they will lose money now becasue permit holders will be packing... so they wont be buying boze.
-
what they simpy dont get is if people had to leave the gun in their cars... they wouldnt be drinking anyway, so its not going to effect them $$$$ wise.
