  1. I gave up trying to actually attempt signing my name  :surrender: but I threw my initials on there.
  2. Still got some cleaning to do, probably take care of that my next day off, but here's some progress pictures. Terrible cell phone pictures that is!
  3. It's slowly coming along. I'll try and get some pictures at some point. As far as markings go there's not much on it, but maybe one of you will know more when I can post pictures of what little bit there is.   Sadly rust has been allowed to do some munching, as there is some pitting here and there on the trigger assembly and the rear of the gas cylinder/hand guard area.
  4. Classic Firearms popped up with some Chinese SKS' and I decided to bite and get one. Talk about a lot of work ahead cleaning the sucker. Seems to also be covered in something gritty, sand I'm assuming. It's been a real blast just attempting to get it all apart...
  5. I came across this while checking out the news this morning after work.
  6. I'll throw in a vote for A&G at http://agcustomgunleather.com/. I got a belt back in August and have been extremely happy with it. I got mine in horsehide and it's stiff but it's not been uncomfortable at all for me. I had been looking between Beltman and A&G when looking for a nice belt. I eventually just went with A&G because it was about $10 cheaper at the time.
  7. I picked up one of the G9300 Mudman at a decent price back in March. I hadn't worn a watch at that time for many many years and the band drove me NUTS on this watch. I kept wearing it and I think just broke it in eventually. Before the band was so stiff which is what caused me so much annoyance, now it's more pliable and comfortable to wear. May just need to give it some daily wear time  :)   I'd be interested in hearing how anyone cleans their GShocks though. This thing gets pretty nasty with daily wear.
  8. Thanks for the reminder. I'll just stop using Amazon as a first choice in my shopping.
  9. I just left the Walmart in Cleveland off of Treasury Drive and the guy was stocking 9mm, .40, .45, and a few others. There were at least a couple of boxes of each for anyone interested. He still had cases of Federal in a buggy that he was working into the shelf. Just a heads up for those in need that are nearby.
  10. I stopped by the Walmart off of Treasury Drive and they have 2 boxes of .40S&W Winchester and 3 Boxes of Tula .40S&W. I thought I'd give a heads up to anyone in the area that needs.

  11. AHHHHHHH! I checked them before I submitted the order and they all showed OOS. Lol
  12. I had made a post awhile back on some C&R handgun suggestions and the CZ-82 popped up several times as a suggestion. Well, many many moons later, AIM Surplus finally got some in so I ordered one. I'm going to guess prices on these have gone up with time and the insanity as I paid about $300 after all was said and done. It doesn't look to be in too bad a shape either. It has scratching, dings, and such, but nothing really all that bad. To be honest, the worst part of the whole gun is the import mark. It's like slapping a giant billboard on the side of it. They always seem barely noticeable to me on rifles, not so much here on a pistol. Well my biggest challenge now will be finding some ammo to give it a go! It feels really great in the hand and I can't wait to put a few rounds down range. :D The only thing I found awkward about it was the magazine release button requires me to completely shift my grip to use it. It's nice that the gun is ambidextrous, I can use my index finger to pop the release on the other side. I still need to get a Nagant revolver sometime. Maybe that will be next.
  13. Thank you :)
  14. Sorry for the delay.    Subscription Payment Sent (Unique Transaction ID # 41K44096XN811313U)   It's already gone through so I'll keep being a benefactor :) I'll look into canceling the subscription though.
  15. I just wanted to get something checked on. I noticed I had an auto renewal on 6-16 through Paypal for my TGO membership but I'm not a benefactor on the forums anymore.   Thanks  :D
  16. http://www.archenemyfilms.com/   Just a guy trying to get his name out there by doing a few videos I guess.
  17. I am so glad that post didn't turn out how it did in my head when I read the thread title. It sounds pretty good.
  18. But there's so much I haven't had a chance to buy

    Hunger Games

I've not seen it, but thanks for the heads up. Maybe I'll check it out now.   I've really been enjoying House of Cards on Netflix.  I've been watching it here and there on the side.
  20. I've been wanting to get one as well. I'd been waiting to see if AIM might get some in, but they haven't. I guess I may finally order one from SOG.
  21.   This I don't understand at all. I actually had a cop do this to me just days ago. I passed him on a side road just before the intersection. I pulled up to the intersection waiting on the red light to turn left. He got in behind me. The light turned green and I took my turn and got in the right lane. He gets in behind me and then suddenly speeds up, shoots to my left and in front of me, and then immediately makes a right turn.
  22. Anyone else suddenly wanting a "grey room" in their home?
  23. That is awesome
  24. No, not the cheapest, but that free shipping sure does help out a lot.
