  14. May you rest in peace Uncle Phil, my wife and I are going to miss you.
  15. While I didn't set a budget, I don't mind paying for a quality product. I do think that's a bit more than I'm willing to put into this project lol...
  16. I recently picked up a ruger American in 300 blackout and I'm trying to select an optic for it. Primarily this will be shot in the back yard for fun, max distance is 100 yards. I tried a red dot and it worked just fine, but I'd like the ability to add magnification to i.d. critters like foxes and coyotes out to 300 yards. My one and only stipulation is that the optic not be made in china. And I'd rather not add a magnifier to the red dot.

    Taurus G3C

No, same size as the 2c. The 3c now takes glock sights, not sure if anything internally is different.
  18. I'm soon hoping to start purchasing suppressors and I'm having a hard time figuring out if a trust is the right way to go or not. How would the added cost of a trust be a benefit in the long run? My current train of thought is purchase the suppressors for the guns they will live on with no intention of moving them from gun to gun. I don't have shooting buddies who would borrow them. It is just my wife and if she ever wanted one for her gun she could get one. What stays in my mind though is to go ahead and get the trust and add my wife after every purchase was made. Any input would be appreciated.
  19. I saw a few of the newer release Colts marked CR6920 and wondered what the difference was.
  20. For right around 1k I'd look strongly at a used vortex razor 1-6 gen2.
  21. Currently I'm towing roughly 4k lbs. The truck I have now manages, just wish it had better brakes and a stronger transmission. Going to a larger trailer and adding equipment in the near future will be more than it can handle. eta, this purchase will most likely be in the spring as current used truck prices are just stupid!
