I ordered a complete upper from these guys back before Thanksgiving.  Item showed in stock on their website.  Got an order confirmation within a day of placing the order.  2 weeks go by and there is no shipping notice.  Called their customer service dept 12/8 and was told that my order was at the "top of  the list" and  that there was a part of the upper they had to wait to get in before they could ship. Was told it would ship on 12/9.  Well, no shipping notice as of today.  Called them back again and got the same run-around and was told it would ship out on 12/13 (who ships on Saturday/seemed kind of odd).  I just get the general feeling that I am getting B.S.'d and it is beginning to rub me the wrong way.  Point of my post is if you are going to order from these people, keep your fingers crossed for a better experience or bring some grease...

Guess I am lucky...I have shot them through an M&P 22, a 10/22, and a CMMG 22 conversion in my ARs...havent had an issue with them or any other 22 ammo that I can recall...

I dont claim to be the standard. But I would much rather shoot center mass where I have been trained to shoot to minimize my chances of prosecution if I ever have to use my gun to defend myself. My point in the comment you quoted is that there shouldn't be an intent of malice if you are forced into that situation. And why in the hell are you carrying a gun for defense in the first place if you have no intent on defending your life with the intention of possibly taking another?

With all due respect if you shoot to wound then you have no business carrying a firearm...

That would probably seem sadistic to a DA...I would stick to shooting center mass...

That frame would probably look ugly on any gun. It will probably sell with the competition shooters...

Got my gift on Saturday, but haven't had time to get a photo uploaded till tonight. Got an AR range bag, which is awesome. Will make it much easier to load all my mags and take them with me in a better bag than what I have been using. Thank you for the great gift

It is nice for an indoor range. Much less busy than RUSA here in the Memphis area. The employees are great and laid back as long as you are safe. I can usually drive the 45 mins to Jackson and walk right in and start shooting instead of waiting for a lane here in Memphis...

Went to the range in Jackson TN today since they dont restrict AR shooting to test out the rifle and zero my red dot. Was pretty cool shooting this gun and would like to run it through some training classes in the future. You could feel the concussion from the muzzle each pull of the trigger and had a nice little fireball as well...

Huh? Where did you see this? I havent found any info stating the upper and lowers are proprietary and must be matched...the only non standard parts I see on this upper are the barrel nut/handguard mounting interface...

Well it is a piston gun and the quad rail is some proprietary thing Sig has...that is probably what makes it look larger than it is...there isnt much to reference for scale in my photo either...
