The trailer for ep7 looks pretty good. They are supposed to be using less CGI this time around as opposed to the prequels...hopefully the acting will be a little better...

I found a place online that ships the 33ms grease so I just ordered a tube to be safe so I didnt get the wrong thing by mistake. Hopefully they will get it shipped out in time for me to put my upper together over Christmas weekend...I appreciate all the input from you guys, you are all very helpful...

After my experience with Aero, I am going to assemble my own upper. Question is, what would the best product locally available that can be used for the barrel install?? I've seen aeroshell mentioned online but availability has been limited. I would honestly rather just purchase something locally if the product will work just as well. Thanks for the info.

Yes sir, if I'd known there was a backlog on the front end it probably would not have been a big deal and could deal with it...oh well, they probably dont really care about losing my business anyway...

I just cancelled my order with them. They can provide no ETA on their gas block order so that they can ship my upper. I will never purchase anything from them again regardless of the quality of their products due to their inept customer service and website design....

If it were the handguard or barrel, yes....not the gas blocks...

As of yesterday afternoon I have been told 3 stories. First was the barrel was on back order, then it was the handguard, now it is the gas block. Order has still not shipped. I was told by the lady I spoke with yesterday that she would call me back and give me an ETA on when tbey were supposed to receive their shipment so tbey could get mine out the door. I am a phone call away from throwing my hands up and cancelling this order. I have never dealt with this much ignorance in my life... For those of you who have Aero products I am glad you didnt experience what I have been through. For those of you thinking about buying their products, think real hard....

Exactly, if I'd known up front there was a backlog of some sort it probably wouldn't have been an issue. Now, it is more a matter of them giving a ship date that isnt fulfilled time and again, only further making them appear incompetent IMO....

when talking with them this week they basically didn't have the parts on hand to build the uppers and were waiting on those parts to complete and ship them out.  in today's e-commerce i would think that a company would have a more reliable system to accurately reflect the inventory in their system during the order process.  or, put a disclaimer on their website that due to order volume shipping times may increase.  just seems like a positive reinforcement to the traffic on your site that you are not alienating your customers...i wanted to give their product a try after reading reviews of their products, but i have never encountered more poor customer service than what is provided by this company...
