If i could justify the price of ceramic/composite plates I would definitely get a set...maybe my wife would get me some for christmas...along with my aimpoint and other misc high price purchases...i just look at it as a cheap gym membership...

We (read my wife) adopted a coon hound today. This joker is a big mutha and my other dog doesnt know what to think...gonna be a long week or so getting this turd worked into the family...prayers for me because I may be lacking sleep these next few days...

I ordered my plates and carrier right before all the talk in the summer about that ban...I took right at 6 weeks to get mine before any scare...I just think there is a general increase in desire of ownership....

I bought a sparc for my first AK purchase. It is a pretty nice optic. When I shoot my red dots the outer tube tends to disappear as I bring my focus onto the dot itself. The tube diameter for me is a non issue, more just personal preference...

4 MOA might hide more of the target at distance on brighter settings. I have 4 MOA Aimpoints and have always run them at the lowest brightness setting I can still see and pick up quickly....I am not an expert by any means, this is just a reflection of my experience. I dont have a problem hitting what I aim at with mine...

Could be that Obama pretty much declared he wasnt gonna do nuffin' if it wasnt his way...Harry Reid wouldn't allow any bills to go to the Senate floor for a vote...now the Repubs have both houses, they need to put up or shut up...I dont ask to have my political/social ideology imposed on anyone, nor do I want their's imposed on me...some REAL meeting in the middle might be nice for a change..
