  1. Holster, mag pouches and extra mags is pretty much all you need. Along with eye and ear protection.
  2. Cool, glad to see folks getting out to shoot. Hopefully I won't get soaking wet like the last shoot. If DBTN is Don, I might as well just stay at home though......
  3. Anybody else shooting in Gallatin this weekend?
  4. YouTube - Mastodon-Colony Of Birchmen Just a few to get you going...........
  5. No more eating at the Sunset Grill...........
  6. If you feel like tackling a rifle one day let me know. I have a Commie bastard that needs a facelift.
  7. Try Blade Tech or Comp Tac
  8. I love the LEM trigger on the USP-C but the reset on the P2000 seems like it took forever. I'm a HK fan, just couldn't get used to the reset. I don't think you'll have any reliability problems. I never have with the thousands of round I have put through them. They will eat anything. Enjoy........
  9. Let us know what you think about the trigger. I traded a P2000 because the trigger was less than desireable.
  10. I'll go ahead and hijack my own thread. Ran the big dots in a IDPA match yesterday on a pistol. Very impressed. Wasn't sure if I would like them on a handgun, only had them on rifles in the past. Sight acquisition is immediate, just dot the "I". I now return you to your regularly scheduled thread.
  11. Even though I was soaked to the bone, had a great time.
  12. Install is pretty straight forward. XS has a good video on their website. If your not comfortable doing it yourself any gunsmith could get it done. A sight pusher is nice to have but it can be done without it. XS Sight Systems - Installation Videos
  13. Weather permitting, I am going to try and make it.
  14. In my opinion, they are THE sights for the AK.
  15. Everybody always bitches about bad experiences. Here is a good one. Installing a set of XS Big Dots on an AK over the weekend. During installation(not user error) one of the lugs broke off the rear sight ramp. Contacted XS on Monday and spoke with Bo. Its Wednesday and have already gotten the new ramp and installed. They also provided a SASE for me to send the damaged sight back to them. The few issues I have heard of these guys having, it seems they take care of them very quickly. Needless to say, they have a stoked customer. If anybody is in the market for sights, take the time to check them out. XS Sight Systems
  16. Thinking about putting one of these together. Apparently, Raven is like burger king, you can have it your way. Just call and let them know.
  17. How did they make entry?
  18. Will be going to Mt. Juliet tonight to check things out. Encouraging everyone to attend if possible. If anyone else is attending Mt. Juliet, drop me a line.
  19. Get a class together in the Nashville area and I'm in.
  20. Where you shooting in Mt. Juliet that much?
  21. Great photos
  22. I have been wanting one of these for a while. Now I want one even more.....Thanks.......
  23. They were stocking the shelves when I was in there on Saturday. Looked like they had plenty left.
