That wouldn't surprise me. I know someone who paid $1100-$1200 for a Carbon 15 from Goodlettsville Gun Shop. This was in the midst of the craze.

The cat's already out of the bag. The fact they they can be made is all that matters. If someone wants to attempt an assassination with a 3D printed gun, I'm guessing a ban isn't isn't even a slight hindrance.    I wouldn't be surprised if 80% lowers are banned in the near future.

That would be amazing and greatly appreciated. Someone sold me some a few years ago, and I loved it. I just use it as a breakfast sausage. 

If anyone plans on making any spicy venison sausage, I'd be willing to buy some.

The owners of the reserve likely knew about him, and possibly waited for someone who was willing to pay big money to take the monster. I've heard of similar reserves charging fees based on the size of the animal taken.
