5. My boss of 11 years passed away after having a heart attack this afternoon. He was a relatively healthy 54-55 years old. He appeared fine this morning, but started to feel funny around lunch time. He was able to drive himself to an area hospital, but suffered the life-ending heart attack a short time later. David left behind a wife, two daughters, a son, and two foster-daughters who he loved as his own.
6. Someone saw mine in a parking lot a while back, because they wrote "TGO" on a small piece of paper and put it under my windshield wiper. Sent from my SPH-L720 using Tapatalk

8. The fine folks at S&W Forum said it's a .38 Military & Police model of 1899, which was produced from 1899 to 1901. Sent from my SPH-L720 using Tapatalk
9. ANSWER: The fine folks at S&W Forum said it's a .38 Military & Police model of 1899, which was produced from 1899 to 1901. An elderly friend of my Father's is asking for some information about this revolver. It appears to be an early Smith & Wesson .38 Special, but that's all I know. She's trying to determine the exact model and approximate value. She is working on getting me better photos. The serial number is either 11300 or 11800.
10. Like prag said, they may take some adjusting. They are great for a personal defense weapon, in my humble opinion.
11. Have you looked at the XS night sights?
12. Please un-delete.
13. I have seen their shotgun shells in the past, but I had no idea they were located in Middle Tennessee. Not sure what else they manufacture.
14. Make sure you bring my birthday gift with you.
15. Sorry for such a long delay, but I finally installed the truck holster. Even with removing the panel (5 or 6 screws), the project too only 30 minutes, give or take. Not bad at all. As I put some thought into how I was going to install the holster, I was slightly concerned that, over time, the plastic panel would begin to crack from the pressures of continually inserting and removing the firearm. As luck would have it, that panel is almost completely backed with metal reinforcement. Who knew? Three of the four bolts go through both the plastic panel and metal backing. That thing isn't going anywhere. Because I have large/fat hands, along with the curvature of the panel, I had to use 1 inch spacers on the left side, and 1 1/2" spacers on the right. This allows enough space for me to get a comfortable hold on the grip. Also, even being big and tall, there is no way my legs would ever come in contact with the holster. I tried moving every which way, and I couldn't even get close. This is in a 2002 F-150 XLT. I tried to come up with an alternative location to install the holster, but this was about as good as it was going to get. I know a couple people who've been using those Gum Creek holsters for a few years, and they haven't experienced any issues. We shall see.
16. Why don't y'all go derail someone else's thread.  :stick:

18. A mechanic is hard to find, much less a good one. Most of these dealership mechanics are nothing more than glorified parts changers.
