  1. Being a 4'8", 110lb. little person, I'd let him cut in front of me. A few extra minutes of my time isn't worth what could happen. It's not worth the trouble.

    My New Toy

No, I wasn't able to make it. I had a day full of events planned. I will do my very best to make it to the July meet.

One of my next purchases is going to be a .22 of some sort. Of course, that's if I can ever sell that damn XD(M).

No need to worry about your teef wif that one.
  5. Your mishap made me think about this video. As scarey as it is, I laugh every time. 50 Cal. [ame]http://youtube.com/watch?v=XnqVduF8UEY[/ame]
  6. Useless without pictures. Even though it made me laugh, I'm kinda sorry to hear about that.
  7. Congrats to him, you, and the rest of your famiy. You should be proud. Pass on a great big Thank You from TGO.
  8. +1 These worked great for me. Go to this link ( http://www.reloadbench.com/pdf.html ), scroll down about 1/2-3/4. You'll see 2 pie charts. One is for right handed shooter's, and the other for left handed. Use these as you next range target. Someone turned me onto them, and they've really helped improve my shot. Congrats and enjoy.
  9. Now that there's a good idea.
  10. I have a brand new XD(M) you can use for back-up.
  11. :Harry Caray: HOLY COW :Harry Caray:

    Help!!

Yep. It would be, or be something like a pretrial diversion. In Davidson County, it can take up to 3 or 4 months to be removed from your record.
  13. Congrats. I was eyeing those at the show myself. If nothing else, you can shoot them all day without breaking the bank.
  14. Very nice. Is that built on a Chevy Blazer frame?
  15. Because he tried to lead such a private life, most people didn't know of his involvement in several causes for children.
  16. I knew what you meant. I was just bustin' your balls.
  17. No, you'll have to do it again. I was fingerprinted for hauling hazardous material/waste only weeks before taking my HCP class, and I was required to do it again, at the very same place.
  18. Bill Heard?
  19. You mean they didn't get that 2000 LB. block of steel? Sorry to hear about that, Len. I've done the same thing. They got away with my wallet and CB radio. The wallet was empty of cash, but it was a real pain trying to replace my DL, SS Card, Bank Cards, etc. The nearly $500 CB radio really p@#@&d me off. It usually only takes that one mistake, and you'll likely never do it again.
  20. In my humble opinion, we've just lost the greatest comedian, ever. Although much of his career was before my time, I've never heard/seen someone so damn funny and honest about his beliefs. I really think it was his "realist" personality and viewpoints that I loved most. To me, most everything he said made perfect sense. His views on religion, politics and psychology were right on track with mine. Or mine with his. Like him or not, this man has had an amazing career. He's has 23 album's, 14 HBO special and played parts in 16 movies. The man will always be the best in my mind. I guess my wish for just one more HBO Special will never be granted. R.I.P George. 21. Today is a very sad sad day! http://www.comcast.net/articles/entertainment/20080623/ENTERTAINMENT-CARLIN-DC/
  22. Could you actually get hurt doing that? I've never seen one in person, so I don't know much about them.
