  1. Fat Mo's was the greatest at one time. That was when their only location was on 8th Ave./Franklin Rd. Once they began to branch out, the quality went to s**t. With the quality went their Rocky Road milk shakes. Once they quit serving those, I quit eating there.
  2. Another great choice. I've eatin' at the one in Murfreesboro. I think they only serve double burgers. They also offer about 40,000 toppings/condiments, all for the same price. The fries are a whole other story. They give you a truck load of those bad boys.
  3. HELL YES!!!!!!!!!!! They are the best! They cook their burgers in several different kinds of grease. They cook it in one kind, move to the next kind, move to the next kind....and so on. It's wild, and it's wild good. My only complaint is, they need to have longer hours.
  4. My suggestion is....Man up and carry a full size gun. Compacts and Sub-Compacts are for girls and girly boys. Just kiddin'. I know you said .45, but being the huge XD fan that I am, I'd suggest the XD40 Sub-Compact 3". Capacity : 9+1 RDS; 12+1 RDS w/X-Tensionâ„¢ Barrel: 3" Steel, Melonite, Fully Supported Ramp Sights: Dovetail Front and Rear (Steel) 3 - Dot Trigger pull: 5.5 - 7.7 lbs. Frame: Black Polymer Slide: Forged Steel, Melonite Finish Recoil System: Dual Spring with Full Length Guide rod Length: 6.25" Height: 4.75" w/ Compact Mag, 5.5" w/ Extended Mag Weight w/ Empty Magazine: 26 ozs. w/ Compact Mag, 27 ozs. w/ Extended Mag http://www.springfield-armory.com/xd.php?version=62 Again, I know you said .45, but I would suggest this for a compact carry.
  5. That sounds great! I prefer a spicy sausage. The mixture between that and the sweetness of the blackberry jelly will make your taste buds go BAMMM!!!!!!!!
  6. I will be more than happy to send a little something as well.
  7. Thanks! I saw several on Miday's site, but was wondering if anyone knew of any other companies. I sent my info, via the site, to have the ATF send me an application. I guess we'll see what happens.
  8. Why yes, I'll be more than happy to take one at $340.
  9. For me it's not difficult at all. Afterall, it is only an extra inch.
  10. I'm sure the picture you didn't post looks beautiful. EDIT....You beat me by just seconds. That's nice. Very nice. Congrats!
  11. Anyone giving discounts to C&R FFL holders on complete AR uppers?
  12. Ummmmm...I'm not quite sure. She thinks I was the one taking the picture.
  13. She's plenty "fluffy" herself. Good thing both of us can live with a fat significant other. Of course, she got the raw end of the deal, because I'm much much fatter.
  14. Trust me, you sure as hell don't want to see a dirty picture with my fat a** in it.
  15. Obviously he doesn't realize he's in the South. He should know that southerners don't use farfangled things like epoxy to fix things. Here, it's all about the Duct Tape and a hammer. If that won't fix it, it ain't worth fixin'.
  16. I have fairly large hands, and compacts are far too small for me. I guess I could go with one that allows for a magazine extension, but IMHO, that just looks silly. A full size grip with a short barrel just doesn't look right to me. The 4" is perfect for me.
  17. Just based on the time he spent here, it was more than obvious that he was all about "legal actions".
  18. Me, My Daughter, and My Girlfriend
  19. No problem. I guess there's a chance that the list on their site is not up to date. I guess you'll find out with a phone call. Good luck.
  20. Here is an authorized service center in TN. W.H. McGuns 124 North 22nd Ave Humboldt TN, 38343 ph 731-784-5746 If you don't already have the link to the list, here it is. http://www.winchesterguns.com/services/arcs.asp There seems to be several in TN and surrounding states.
  21. You can't let the story of one guy keep you from getting it fixed. If nothing else, contact Winchester with your concerns about the potential issues with the authorized gunsmith. Winchester is paying them to do a job. I'm sure Winchester is more than willing to do whatever it takes to fix this problem.
  22. Well, what are you holdin' out for?
  23. As long as she keeps her mouth shut, I kinda like the fat one. If a "Regular Joe" was singling that song, it wouldn't have been nearly as good, but since a Marine was singing, it gave me goosebumps. Nice find!
  24. If it were me, I would get it fixed. If that is not an option, I would only sell the gun after you write out a letter stating that the new owner knows about the issue you have mentioned. At the time of purchase, meet the person at a local Notary Public. I'm not sure the new buyer would have any legal recourse if he or someone else gets injured and/or dies while using this gun, but with all the sue happy SOB walking around, I wouldn't take even the slightest of chances. Just my
  25. You made an excellent choice. I love my XD.
