  1. I tried a few, but had very limited success. One of them was the Netgear you have listed. I couldn't find one that would work nearly as well as they claim.  I finally gave up and got one of THESE and one of THESE. The adapter allowed me to place the router and modem in the middle of the house, and get good signal anywhere. I've been extremely happy with the results. If you don't have a PC, you may not need the adapter. Can you move the modem and router to a more centralized location?
  2. Good to know. Thanks!
  3. Haven't seen him around much. Looks like he logged in a couple weeks ago, but he doesn't seem to be very active. Is everything alright with him?
  4. So says a federal judge. http://gunssavelives.net/blog/court-cases/breaking-federal-judge-rules-ar-15s-are-dangerous-and-unusual-not-protected-by-2nd-amendment/
  5. Damn! I think that may have fixed it. Thank you very much.
  6. Is there anything I can do on my end to resolve this issue?
  7. Can anyone tell me why my computer would freeze every time I visit a select few websites? I can surf the interwebs all day without issue, as long as I don't go to WKRN.com, WSMV.com, TMZ.com, and maybe a couple others. No issues on TGO, Facebook, Youtube, or countless other websites I am constantly visiting.
  8. I purchased a used gun, then sold it to buy something else before putting a single round through it. The person I bought it from claimed it functioned perfectly, so I had no reason to believe otherwise.   Shortly after selling it to a young guy, I received a nasty email. The gun did not function, and he assumed I was aware of this before selling it.  The manufacturer quit making this gun several years ago, so the parts weren't plentiful or cheap. I searched the interwebs until I found the parts. After paying roughly $70 for the parts, I delivered them to the young man's house, installed them, and ensured the gun functioned properly.   The $70 loss really sucked, but I felt it was the right thing to do in my situation.
  9. Has the Ward family issued a statement about the incident?
  10. Looks like today, this is settled without the iron.
  11. I'm sure one of the TGO Staff Members will be more than happy to change it for a nominal fee.
  12. Everything from the firearm to the ammo is factory.
  13. I watched the video several times. At the same exact moment you hear the sound of acceleration, you also see the tires spin on Tony's car, and the tail end of the car slide to the left. Neither could happen without hitting the throttle.
  14. I'm sure most who read his posts could see this coming from a mile a way.
  15. I'd imagine it will be on ESPN, 1605 on Comcast. That the channel the race is going to be on.
  16. Will do. You will be in our thoughts.
  17. That's a tough one. The guy should have stayed in his car, but I suspect Tony will regret the split-second decision to punch the gas.
  18. I'd be surprised if additional charges are brought against him. I'd be completely shocked if he were to be found guilty. He was found not guilty by reason of insanity on all of the 13 or so original charges. While they may not consider him to be insane today, that doesn't change the fact that they did when then assassination attempt took place. A conviction is highly unlikely, in my humble opinion.
  19. Got this a few minutes ago. Thought it was kinda fitting for this thread.
  20. That place is generally patrolled pretty well after closing time. I'm surprised she was able to sit there for a few hours, at that time of night/morning, without being run off by the police.
  21. $100 million investment. 1.6 million square feet. 700 jobs.   http://www.wsmv.com/story/26232842/academy-sports-and-outdoors-creating-700-jobs-in-cookeville
  22. This is a non-issue. People who don't understand how today's technology works get freaked out by this kind of stuff.
