In case you didn't already know, it's back up.

It doesn't look like it's going to be a very big place. The are using one section that was used for candy/snacks/chips/etc. It looked like they had 5-8(?) display cases for guns and such. I am always in that area on Friday's, so I plan on checking it out as soon as I get a chance.

I stopped in there on Friday. The billboards didn't say "Coming Soon" at that time. They were in the process of getting everything together. The store owners said that the billboard company jumped the gun (no pun intended), and they should be up and running between January 21st-27th. And BTW, I'm a trucker who doesn't need coffee.

I chose the wrong answer, but I keep my 870 sitting next to the bed, without one in the chamber. The only reason I do this is, because the sound of me racking the 870 should be enough to scare away the BG. Well, that's what I hope for anyway.

I've never seen a SmartCarry, other than the Internet, but based on the pictures I've seen, it almost looks as if the gun would just flop around in the holster. Is there something that holds the gun firmly in place?
