Yes, there was a vendor with 5 or 6 LCP's. When you walk in the door, he/they were all the way towards the back wall. Not against the wall, but facing the back wall. They were $339, IIRC. BTW, I'm not sure, but the LCP's may not have been sent back for the recall. I saw a guy buy one, and a few minutes later another vendor was telling him that he didn;t think they had been fixed yet. I don't know for sure, just what I heard.

Speaking of beef jerky, there was a vendor who damn near tackled me to the floor, just so I'd taste his beef jerky. He quickly backed away once he noticed this in my hands. That's Right! I found this Brand Spankin' New P220 Elite Stainless. Got a sweet deal from a private vendor at the show.

Rise and Shine! I was gonna sleep in for a bit, but my normal schedule hardly allows me that pleasure. So, I guess I'm gonna try to be there when the doors open.

No, that's a fact. I know of one person who got a visit. He wasn't "flipping" guns, but he does have a VERY large collection (most he's had for years) that he was trying to sell off to pay for doctor bills. I know he's still selling on LSN, but has dropped it down several notches. He was never charged with anything. I did hear of another person or two getting similar visits, but don't know for a fact. The rumor was/is, the local gun shop was getting upset with all the business he's been losing to LSN. Again, a rumor that I have no proof.

LSN isn't that bad. You just have to be aware of your surroundings. I've only had one issue with LSN, and that was a recent dealing with a fellow from Kingston. I was supposed to meet him to buy a Marine Magnum, but he stood me up, and didn't answer my calls or emails. Other than that, I've had pretty good luck. The worst part of LSN is the crazy prices that pop-up all the time. Weed through those, and it's not all that bad. Just remember, you're dealing with the Internet.

He already stated in at least one of his posts (IIRC) that he had his home and cell phone number in the ad. I'm sure it wouldn't be too difficult to find out a location with those phone numbers. Especially if the home number. If it's listed, his home address is attached. It's the Internet. You can find just about anyone, with very little information.

Maybe it's just me, but it seems as if some colors on TGO are different. Were changes made, or is it my computer? Maybe the monitor or graphics card? I think I'm seeing the same issue on some other sites, but I wanted to make sure.

For reasons which I can't discuss here, I wouldn't trust the Overton County Sheriff's Department for anything. I had an experience with them that couldn't have been more shady.

If that was the issue, we'd all be carrying Hi-Points. I didn't mean anything was wrong with the stock SP101 (well, except those horrid grips), but I sure do like what Gemini does with them.

If you're already gonna have a shotgun, I'd go with the AR. James is correct, the insurance is a good option. I pay an extra $25/year for $5000 worth of insurance for my guns. That protects them from theft. In the case of fire, flood, etc, they are covered 100% anyway. You mentioned an apartment. It's actually a pretty nice safe, and the price is great. The safe weighs about 200 pounds, but it was pretty easy getting up the stairs with a dolly.
