  1. Oh, Ok. I was wondering if any other TGOers were there. I didn't notice any TGO gear, so I wasn't sure. Have you made it back out there? I'm trying to make use of the range very soon.
  2. Welcome to TGO! Enjoy your stay!
  3. Yea, I think Joe sprinkles some of that magic pixy dust in your face when you're not looking. That's just how he rolls.
  4. In the last month or so, some have sold for about $800 on Gunbroker.
  5. I've heard the same thing, several times.
  6. The gun, grips and holster look nice, but I'm still not feeling the bumpers. Still far too big/thick for EDC, IMHO. Then again, it's not my gun, so it hardly matter what I think. If you like it, enjoy it.
  7. Congrats! Yep, Hero Gear has a way of making you spend money.
  8. Nice! I'm gonna try to make it out to Gallatin Gun Club this week. Along with 5 or 6 other guns, I still have an AR I haven't had the chance to shoot. I think Guns & Leather will allow you to shoot an AR in their range.
  9. You can't take the ghetto out of Wal-Mart......Or something like that.
  10. I'd tell the daughters boyfriend to kiss-off and find his own 1911.
  11. 1) Not my first choice, but, yes. 2) Not my first choice, but, yes. 3) Still carry it, or get longer shirt. 4) a. I would think so. b. I wouldn't think so.
  12. Correct! There is a section for the purchase price on the title, too. Correct?
  13. It's the same on a vehicle.
  14. Get a Bill of Sale and Title. Go to County Clerks Office to transfer everything into your name. Vey, very easy. Remember, you will pay taxes on the purchase price. This will be paid at the Clerks Office.
  15. The couple that I've played with didn't have the thumb safety. Well, I didn't think they did. It's been a while, though.
  16. She could have modeled the new .223 for us. The kitchen appliances just aren't doin it for me. They don't even match.
  17. Yes, the pictures of the gun are working just fine, but you can;t expect to throw out a comment like "hot little mama like my wife" without some pictures.
  18. The M&P is a nice choice, although it does lack the manual safety, IIRC. The interchangeable backstraps are a plus. I'd also suggest taking a look at the Bersa Thunder. I don't have one, but a firend does, and it's actually a nice shooting gun. They offer compact versions. http://www.bersafirearmsusa.com/detail_bersa45pro.php
  19. Welcome back! Enjo your stay!
  20. This thread is useless without pictures. Nice, .223m BTW.
