  1. Now you can wear your very own Bubba belt buckle with pride.
  2. Get rid of that 'Live Strong' bracelet, and she'd be makin' a few bucks for baby forumla.
  3. Best I have certian resons for visiting my favorites. Bellshire Hardware - Nashville - Prices and Customer Service - I like dealing with Phil at Bellshire, because he gives you his best price right off the bat. None of that "I can get it at Joe Bob's Gun Shack for less, will you match/beat it." Not much of an inventory (because of location), but can order just about anything I've ever asked about. Super helpful and friendly. Hero Gear - Winchester - Inventory and Customer Service - Just walk in the door. The place almost speaks for itself. Inventory that you won't find at most places. Joe was a huge help during my AR Build. Very knowledgeable staff. Guns & Leather - Greenbrier - Inventory, Customer Service and Indoor Range - Another shop with a nice inventory. The staff has always treated me well, and the indoor range is a big plus. I don't really waste my time with the others in the Middle Tennessee area. I've tried just about all of them more than once, but they lack the abaility to keep me coming back, even if it's just to browse. Even though customer service is nice, I'm more interested in price and inventory. Admittedly, price is probably most important, and that's why I've spent so much with Bellshire Hardware. I'm willing to wait a few extra days for what I'm wanting. Others may be able to meet/beat his prices, but I'm not willing to ask for it. If I were an impulse buyer, some of the other shops that I choose not to visit may get more of my business, but when I walk into a gun shop, unless I'm just window shopping, I pretty well know exactly what I'm looking for. Walking into a gun shop, and walking out with a gun that I had no intentions of buying isn't really my style.
  4. Karma's a real b***h.
  5. Then you'll have to sticky a sticky to inform members to read the sticky about utilizing the current stickies. Or something like that.
  6. Maybe true, but I was only out $35 bucks, not $1000.
  7. That is great.
  8. Well, our power finally came back on sometime after midnight. I got tired of waiting, so I went to bed. No tornado, but lots of rain, hail and wind. Don't see any real damage. Just a few tree branches/limbs on the ground.
  9. With no darn power. Hope they get it turned back on soon. Tornado advisory for the next few hours, but things have calmed in the last 5 or 10 minutes.
  10. Yes. That is the best way to explain it. If you search around the Internet, you'll see that that's how most of the pro foam cutters/sculptures do it. Hot knife or Hot wire.
  11. Welcome to TGO! Enjoy your stay!
  12. Holy long-a$$-paragraph, Batman!
  13. I hot knife is similar to a soldering gun, only with a knife blade. If it were me, I would trace the gun, mags, etc with a black marker, and use a pencil-type solder iron.
  14. If you have the proper tools, you can do it yourself. You'll need a hot knife. You may be able to pick one up at a local hobby shop. I have seen someone use a soldering gun pencil type) to get the same results. They were not "factory" results, but still pretty darn good. If that is not an option for you, you may be able to find a shop that has such tools, but I can't think of anyone.
  15. Yep! The sight cuts are the same.
  16. All XD sights will work on the XDM. I've used these guys. http://xdguys.com/index.php?cPath=39 http://www.truglosights.com/content/products/firearm/handgun_sights/handgun_sights.asp
  17. Squirrel (fox, red, gray) Aug. 23 - Feb. 28 - Daily Bag Limit 10 Spring Squirrel (2009) May 9 - June 14 - Daily Bag Limit 10
  18. Yea! That's even better.
  19. SWEET! That looks great! Thank you very much!
  20. Yea, I tried that, but I couldn't get the smooth edges.
  21. I was wondering if someone could change the black background of this picture to white. I tried on the crappy Microsoft Pain, but didn't quite get the results I was looking for. Thanks in advance.
  22. I would normally change it myself, but due to my current living situation, I'm forced to pay someone else to do it. The apartment complex I live in does not allow residents to perform oil changes in the parking lot. I don't have any family within 500 miles, so using their driveway/garage/yard is out of the question. I have a regular mechanic that I use, and if I take him the oil and filter, he will change my oil for $10. He's only 2 miles down the road, so it's well worth it.
  23. It's only called a "hairpin trigger" if you be from da ghetto. It's "hair trigger" in the real world. It's "hairpin curve". I agree, though. No chance I'd lighten a trigger on my EDC. Especially when it's only about 5.5#.
