  1. I would love to tag along, but like so many others, I already have plans for that weekend. Maybe one can be organized on a non-holiday weekend.
  2. If I hadn't found my new hobby with a motorcycle, I'd be in the market for a SIG 226 Elite Stainless. Once I get my bike, you fine folks won't have to deal with me nearly as much.
  3. Welcome to TGO! Enjoy your stay!
  4. That may very well make many folks all warm and fuzzy inside, but fact is, the same thing was said in the early/mid 90's. And we all know what happened there. Nothing.
  5. Welcome to TGO! Enjoy your stay!
  6. Equalibrium and Tombstone
  7. I watched some of the other videos, and they reported there were camera men towards the top of the structure video taping the practice session. Everythng happend so fast that they didn't have time to come down, so they fell to the ground with the roof of the dome.
  8. It falls on the same day as my birthday, so I have no choice. I must party. I lied. It's just another day for me. I can't remember the last time I "partied".
  9. Mike, you know how much we hate threads like this. How dare you!
  10. I was able to find this. Hope it helps some. EDIT: I just realized that the above info is for the State of Ohio. I wasn't able to find anything about Tennessee, but every other state I was able to find had very similar laws. Most seemed to have a period of 90 days, rather than the 180 days listed above. You should be able to find about a dozen pages of bankruptcy attorneys in the Yellow Pages.
  11. Oooops! No problem there.
  12. Welcome to TGO! Enjoy your stay!
  13. I don't have any full pictures of the Pete. Those pictures were taken in Oklahoma. That's where the bike is right now. I know the Pete was in a Show Truck calendar, but I can't seem to find any pictures online. I'll see if my father has some.
  14. It's stories like this that have kept me smart. I've never had the desire to be married, and thankfully my girlfriend has been understanding. Four years, and she isn't giving me a hard as of yet. If she starts to complain, it will be time to find a new one. Best of luck to you, buddy.
  15. There's a good chance. My father and a friend of his are bringing their bikes from Oklahoma, and they wanted to check it out. As long as everything goes well with the new engine, it should easily be finished before Memorial Day weekend.
  16. Thanks! This is a Kawasaki Vulcan Nomad 1500. Well, once the engine is installed it will be a 1500.
  17. Yea, I can't remember the name of the company, but those are aftermarket fenders. It's difficult to appreciate them in the picture. They have an awesome shape to them. A retro kind of look.
  18. Congrats and thank you for youe service.
  19. I bought the bike with a toasted engine. Another one is being shipped as I type. It should be ready for Memorial Day weekend. The bike isn't anything special, but I couldn't pass up the deal I got, so it will have to do for now. That's actually a customized Peterbilt in the background. My Uncle built it from the ground up. I'm not a fan of the color scheme, but that truck is bad to the bone. 625+ HP (825+ HP with the Pittsburgh Power Cat Box tuned up to level 7), 325" wheelbase, 5x4 (2 gear shifters) transmission......The list goes on and on. There is very little that's stock on the truck. It was probably the fenders that made you think Kenworth, but those aren't stock either.
  20. Anyone have an extra set of pedals I can borrow?
  21. Thanks for the info regarding the forum, Verne. I'll check it out.
  22. That's not far from me. So, they are close to Gooch's. I'll check them out. Anyone know what happened to Chrome-N-Stuff in Old Hickory? Did they move, or just shut down?
  23. Yea, I've done a little checking online and locally, and I can easily save $60+ on just the front tire if I buy online. Some of the stuff I really need to buy locally just to make sure it fits properly, but it looks like I can save a bunch of money buying a few things online.
  24. I'm needing a new helmet, a nice set of sunglasses for riding, and an Avon Venom front tire. I've never dealt with any shops around the Mid-Ten area, so I'm just looking for some input on places worth checking out.
  25. Anyone know of a good place to buy motorcycle helmets, glasses, etc in the Middle Tennessee area? I know I can go to any dealership, but wasn't sure if there was a place known for having good prices on their goodies. Also, anyone know if there's a forum for riders in the Tennessee area?
