  1. I held one while at D&T Arms today. I wouldn't have a need or desire for a gun of that size. For one, it's too big for a pocket gun. Secondly, it's too small for me to carry in a holster without that big grip extension, which I cannot stand. There's no doubt going to be plenty of those who just have to have one, but it would serve no purpose for me.
  2. So far they've been going for $415 - $425 around Nashville.
  3. It depends on which phone and carrier you're using. Not all phones are capable of capturing screen shots.
  4. Sweet! I'd like something like that in .308.
  5. Sounds like you made the right call to me. Too many news stories about children happening upon a gun in similar situations. Better to be safe than sorry.
  6. Found a mistake or two: http://www.nashville...ental_range.php "Host YouR Next Event at Nashville Armory!" http://www.nashvillearmory.com/dev/test/retail.php Every member of our friendly staff possesses an extensive of knowledge of firearms and all things related to the shooting sports.
  7. Here it is: School Name: Small Arms Training School (S.A.T.S) Location: Franklin, Tn (Williamson Co. Sheriff's Department) Primary Instructor: Jim Mauth HCP Class Cost: $75.00 Website: Unknown Phone number: 615-794-3333
  8. I took mine through a group at the Williamson County Sheriff Department. I don't recall the name of the company/group that hosted the class, but they used the facilities at the WCSD. You can probably give them a call to find out who, when, where.
  9. What makes Tapatalk so much better than the regular mobile version?
  10. Franklin Gun Shop isn't know for being competitively priced. Franklin is one of the areas where gun shops can get away with that.
  11. Nothing specific right now. I was just wondering in the event I may want something in the future. I know there are companies that focus almost souly on one brand, like Glock or SA XD. I didn't know if there was such a company that's main focus was on the M&P.
  12. There are companies that offer aftermarket parts for Glocks and XD's, does anyone cater to the M&P's?

  14. I've owned a ton of knives, and this has by far been my favorite EDC muti-purpose knife/weapon. From boxes to people, this thing will take care of business. Cold Steel Recon 1
  15. Welcome to TGO! Make yourself at home. Enjoy your stay.
  16. I'd 2nd the K31. That's if you can find one for $300. It wasn't too long ago they were everywhere, but they are becomming more and more scarce and expensive. If you have your C&R FFL, you'll have an easier time finding one in that price range.
  17. I thought about ordering from them a while back, but I started to read a ton of bad press about them while doing a Google search. I didn't have the guts to take a chance.
  18. That's exactly what I thought. Awesome work.
  19. The Zimmerman case is a situation where this would have been a good idea.
  20. I just ordered a S&W M&P 40 Pro Series through one of TGO's Premier Sponsors, D&T Arms in Goodlettsville, TN. I was wondering what those who own/have owned one think about them.
  21. They look like zombies to me.
  22. I was just in D&T Arms, and they are supposed to have one in stock in the near future.
