  1. A 3rd for D&T Arms.
  2. Like others, I couldn't join using my Android device. I attempted with the mobile version and full version. I simply joined on the PC, so it's no biggie.
  3. Very nice. Which range do you shoot at?
  4. There must be something in the water around that there Murfreesboro area.
  5. He was a true pioneer. RIP.
  6. It is On Target we are talking about.
  7. Is Arsenal certain that On Target has been in possession of the rifle for three years? I guess what I'm asking is, do they have records showing the rifle was originally sold to On Target and not a distributor? I can't see a distributor hanging onto it for such long period of time, but I'd also be a bit surprised to know a dealer would hold on to one that long.
  8. You're right, two weeks isn't a reasonable time frame to have the rifle repaired. But it is well beyond a reasonable time frame to expect the rifle to, at the very least, be in The shipping process. On Target couldn't obtain a return table in 2 1/2 weeks, but he was able to get one within 1 day? That's uncalled for. Then the manufacturer informs him that On Target never even requested a return lable for his rifle. Again, uncalled for. I suspect if you were in his shoes, you'd be much less likely to be so nonchalant about the matter.
  9. It doesn't sound like it would have been fixed for free, no matter who sent it in. The fact that On Target hadn't sent it back, I'd be willing to bet they already knew this. Not that I needed another reason to never step foot in On Target, but another one it is. Some places are simply not worth doing business with, even if they are the only place in town that has one. On Target is one of those places on my list.
  10. We have a guy that drives from Gainesboro to Nashville every day, and another guy that drives from Manchester. I have no idea how they do it. As truck drivers, we drive all day anyway, so I guess they look at it as little more than a few extra miles. Plus, I doubt they'll find a driving job that pays $20/hour and gives 3-5 weeks of paid vacation anywhere close to their homes. I guess it's a tradeoff. You have to figure out what's most important and go from there. I tried living in Cookeville several years ago, but there was no money to be made around there, not doing what I do anyway. I struggled for a couple of years until I got tired of being broke. And unless I wanted to live in a dump of a mobile home, the cost of living wasn't really that much cheaper than living in Hendersonville. I moved back to Hendersonville and never looked back.
  11. Yeah, this isn't new technology. As a tuck driver, I've seen these all over the country for several years.
  12. If it weren't for that darn alarm clock...
  13. Yes! Thanks to the mild winter, they are horrible this year. I plan on picking up something to get rid of them today.
  14. They can do whatever they want because they know no one will do a damn thing about it, except bitch about it on the internet. And with all things considered, they aren't afraid of losing our votes. Hell, look at what our votes have gotten us as of late.
  15. http://www.ridethatbike.com/CHMR/CHMR.htm
  16. You're not missing anything. Well, except more of what you've seen in this thread.
  17. Anyone heard of this place? One of my customers mentioned that he heard something about a new internet-based gun shop in the La Vergne area. They don't appear to keep much, if anything, in stock.
  18. I called for some info. There's a lot of things they won't take, but you do NOT need to be a resident of Davidson County. They charge $11/square yard.
  19. It's the Canebreaker vortex.
  20. Any idea of what it's called or who runs it? I'd like to find out more information. Do you have to be a resident of Davidson County, the type of stuff they will and won't accept, schedule, etc.
  21. Thank you for the information. Unfortunately, according to the website for those locations, you MUST be a resident of Davidson County to dump trash their. On top of that, it's no wonder so many people simply dump their trash on the side of roadways, in ditches, and anywhere else they can get away with it. The website for those places seem to have so many restrictions on what can be dumped, who can dump it, how many times they can dump it, etc.
  22. I took a load of trash there yesterday. I started a pick up & delivery side business, and part of what I do is haul trash to the dump for people. I was hoping to find dumping locations in other areas so I didn't have to haul everything to Gallatin, but because I live in Sumner County, I think that SRA is my only option.
  23. My Dad bought a pair of their Lineman boots for motorcycle riding. He said the break-in was a bit brutal, but now he wears them all day, every day. He ended up taking them to a shoe repair store and had them install a heavy-duty zipper so he didn't have to mess with the laces every day. He says that he'll re-tighten the laces about one a week now.
  24. I'm no expert, but I'm thinking you'll lose picture quality if you blow it up. Then again, Photoshop can work wonders.
