  1. Who actually owns On Target?
  2. I was born and raised right around the corner in Wheaton and Naperville. Make the short drive to Warrenville and get us some Al's Pizza. I will take a sausage, mushroom, and onion. Make that two.
  3. Where exactly outside of Chicago?
  4. There are many who would vote for someone who's been convicted of raping a baby, if it meant booting Obama out of office.
  5. Here it is: http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&cd=6&ved=0CGIQFjAF&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.wkrn.com%2Fstory%2F18168288%2Fgiant-rattlesnake-removed-from-hendersonville&ei=Cm2qT5zWLYqy2QXktuCmAg&usg=AFQjCNGHN5jQFOCiVQuYxbfF5vBjsYM6KA
  6. There was just a local news article about some guy from Hendersonville (?) finding a 5'-6' rattlesnake. He took it home and called TWRA to come get it.
  7. I know what you mean. I recently started a pick up & delivery (furniture, appliances, dirt, mulch, etc.) side business, and everyone wants something done for less than what the gas cost would be.
  8. I'm still curious why they would sell a 3-year-old rifle as new, especially if it was missing items from the box. Part of the price you paid is for the "extras" that were supposed to came with it. Not having those items could hurt the resale value where some potential buyers are concerned.
  9. Correct. In the state of Tennessee, the Court of General Sessions handles small claims cases.
  10. Welcome to TGO! Make yourself at home.
  11. And if it were me, I'd blast the **** out of On Target and Arsenal every chance I got, including YouTube.
  12. I had to take a mechanic to small claims court in Putnam County over roughly $3000. If I'm not mistaken, it was $100 or less out of my pocket. I won, plus the judge ordered the mechanic to pay my costs. Well worth it to me.
  13. A 3rd for D&T Arms.
  14. Like others, I couldn't join using my Android device. I attempted with the mobile version and full version. I simply joined on the PC, so it's no biggie.
  15. Very nice. Which range do you shoot at?
  16. There must be something in the water around that there Murfreesboro area.
  17. He was a true pioneer. RIP.
  18. It is On Target we are talking about.
  19. Is Arsenal certain that On Target has been in possession of the rifle for three years? I guess what I'm asking is, do they have records showing the rifle was originally sold to On Target and not a distributor? I can't see a distributor hanging onto it for such long period of time, but I'd also be a bit surprised to know a dealer would hold on to one that long.
  20. You're right, two weeks isn't a reasonable time frame to have the rifle repaired. But it is well beyond a reasonable time frame to expect the rifle to, at the very least, be in The shipping process. On Target couldn't obtain a return table in 2 1/2 weeks, but he was able to get one within 1 day? That's uncalled for. Then the manufacturer informs him that On Target never even requested a return lable for his rifle. Again, uncalled for. I suspect if you were in his shoes, you'd be much less likely to be so nonchalant about the matter.
  21. It doesn't sound like it would have been fixed for free, no matter who sent it in. The fact that On Target hadn't sent it back, I'd be willing to bet they already knew this. Not that I needed another reason to never step foot in On Target, but another one it is. Some places are simply not worth doing business with, even if they are the only place in town that has one. On Target is one of those places on my list.
  22. We have a guy that drives from Gainesboro to Nashville every day, and another guy that drives from Manchester. I have no idea how they do it. As truck drivers, we drive all day anyway, so I guess they look at it as little more than a few extra miles. Plus, I doubt they'll find a driving job that pays $20/hour and gives 3-5 weeks of paid vacation anywhere close to their homes. I guess it's a tradeoff. You have to figure out what's most important and go from there. I tried living in Cookeville several years ago, but there was no money to be made around there, not doing what I do anyway. I struggled for a couple of years until I got tired of being broke. And unless I wanted to live in a dump of a mobile home, the cost of living wasn't really that much cheaper than living in Hendersonville. I moved back to Hendersonville and never looked back.
  23. Yeah, this isn't new technology. As a tuck driver, I've seen these all over the country for several years.
  24. If it weren't for that darn alarm clock...
  25. Yes! Thanks to the mild winter, they are horrible this year. I plan on picking up something to get rid of them today.
