  1. Yes, he realtor has been helping me along the way. As wonderful and helpful as she's been, I can't help but assume she has her best interest in mind. She has recommended someone from F&M mortgage in Mt. Juliet. She has also recommended a home inspector. The problem is, I'm not the most trusting guy, so it's always in the back of my mind that they are all working together, not making decisions that are in my best interest. 2. Where do you live? I have a Sentry safe with an electronic keypad, but it came with a skeleton key, just in case. I'm not sure if it will work for yours, but if you're close enough, I'll be more than happy to let you try it. Sent from my SPH-D710 using Tapatalk 2
  3. As a first-time homebuyer, I'm trying to gather some information about mortgage brokers/lenders that you would recommend, and others you'd suggest staying away from. Also, from those with experience, what is the best way to shop around for the best mortgage deal. If it matters, I'm in the Nashville/Hendersonville area. Sent from my SPH-D710 using Tapatalk 2
  4. The fact the "the majority" voted for Obama should be enough evidence that the majority isn't what it's all cracked up to be. Sent from my SPH-D710 using Tapatalk 2

  6. If my calculations are correct, during the last 200 years or so, there's been roughly twice as many Republican presidents as Democrat presidents. Why is our country in such bad shape when the Republicans have had so much control? Sent from my SPH-D710 using Tapatalk 2
  7. Voting for "the lesser of two evils" is the cowards way out, in my humble opinion. Just like I refuse to reward negative behavior of my child's, no matter how inconvenienced I may be, I refuse to reward either of these lying scum with my vote for the presidency. I am prepared for this downward spiral which our country is in to come to a crashing and burning end. I am convinced the only way we will once again become a great nation is to start over from scratch. I am prepared and unafraid. I refuse to set aside my convictions for fear of evil, the lesser or otherwise. We, as spoiled Americans, have allowed our once great nation to be overtaken by the devil of many disguises. Now it is our duty to bring her back. You'll not convince me that continuing down the same roads will accomplish that goal. We cannot continue to treat our elections as a 'may the best liar win', contest. And that is exactly what a majority of you are doing. You look just as stupid as the asshats you are voting for. As I think I've said in the past, at this point in time, I am certain many of you would vote for a convicted child molester, if you thought it would be best way to keep Obama from getting re-elected.
  8. You and me both. But based on the amount of people who had the time to spend hours in line waiting for chicken nuggets at the Chick-fil-A's around the country, there is obviously no shortage of people with plenty of time on their hands. That, or my place of employment is screwing me with this lousy 30-minute lunch break.
  9. So true. Sadly, most of America has their head burried up their spoiled asses, or are too scared of being chastised for their honest opinions regarding the true condition of our country. Political correctness can suck my ****! If that makes me less than patriotic, so be it.
  10. Why? Simply because he ventured into being more open about his country music roots? Sent from my SPH-D710 using Tapatalk 2
  11. Call it 'A Million Man Carry March Against Gays', and you'll have a much better chance of reaching numbers even remotely close to one-million. Otherwise most will sit by while gun rights are stripped away. Its happened before without any real fight, and it's likely to happen again. Sent from my SPH-D710 using Tapatalk 2
  12. If all you straight people would stop breeding like rabbits and/or have more abortions, there would be less gay people in the world. Sent from my SPH-D710 using Tapatalk 2
  13. This is actually pretty common with all these idiot talking heads who get paid to fill air time by flapping their gums, often about subjects which they have no clue of actual facts. I hear local radio hosts Ralph Bristol and Phil Valentine doing the very same thing on a very regular basis. They speak with such authority about every subject, but obviously only know what they hear or read from some other morons who finds it acceptable to spew inaccurate garbage to the uniformed masses. God forbid they refuse to speak with such authority about subjects they know little about. Just a few days ago, I heard Phil Valentine saying that he thought the infamous "gun show loophole" should be closed. He obviously had zero clue whether or not there was an actual loophole, and if there was, he didn't know what it was. He had no idea that it is perfectly legal to transfer firearms between private parties without a background check. He told the caller that if that were true, a law should be passed to stop said transfers. Sent from my SPH-D710 using Tapatalk 2
  14. Although this is partly a free-speech issue, if the subject wasn't gay marriage, almost no one would be showing this kind of support. If the CEO of C-F-A said that he believed Chevy was better than Ford and pissed off the Ford lovers, no one would be waiting in line to show support for his 1A right. 15. Half the country will wait in line for hours to eat sh***y, over-priced chicken, in support of the anti-gay agenda, but the second amendment supporters pass around a silly petitions and whine on internet forums. This is why guns and accessories get banned. Sent from my SPH-D710 using Tapatalk 2
  16. The line at the Rivergate location was ridiculous. Though I am supportive of gay marriage, I was going to show support for Chick-fil-A's 1A right. But I couldn't bring myself to sit in line all night to eat sub-par, over-priced chicken. Sent from my SPH-D710 using Tapatalk 2
  17. I don't know what it looked like before, but it sure does look good now. Very nice. Sent from my SPH-D710 using Tapatalk 2
  18. Due to the size and purpose of an LCP, I don't see that as a necessary upgrade. Personally, I would consider it a waste of money. Sent from my SPH-D710 using Tapatalk 2

  20. I listen to 8-10 hours of both left and right talk radio while at work (almost all on Sirius/XM), and I'm convinced that the right is overly concerned with social issues like gay marriage, abortion, religion, etc. I'm also convinced that instead of minding their own business, this will cause the Republican party to lose more and more elections over time, eventually making themselves the third-party. I've always considered myself to be a Republican, but I've found myself drifting away, as of late. We, as a country have many problems, but the queers and baby-killers aren't even remotely close to the top of that list. Sent from my SPH-D710 using Tapatalk 2
  21. I'd suggest some muscle building exercises. I've ridden bikes with drag bars, ape hangers, and everything in between. I've never had any such pains, even after riding for long distances. I have experiences butt pain from poor fitting seats, but never arm, shoulder or neck pain. Sent from my SPH-D710 using Tapatalk 2
  22. Congrats! You won't be making countertops, will you? Sent from my SPH-D710 using Tapatalk 2
  23. I couldn't imagine. Thought and prayers for her family and friends. Sent from my SPH-D710 using Tapatalk 2
  24. No more lame than whining about it, instead of dishing out the very small amount of money needed to support a website that you enjoy visiting and costs money to keep up and running. Sent from my SPH-D710 using Tapatalk 2
  25. There's been a whole group of these a$$holes around Nashville for many years. They can be heard almost every day - especially in the morning - bleeding over CB channels. Of course they claim to be using legal equipment, but because they are bleeding over several channels from miles away, I call BS. If the guy mentioned in the story above didn't happen to interfere with air traffic, he would have never been visited by the FCC. You can buy these "kickers" from almost any CB shop in the country, or on line. Hell, you can buy radios like the Connex 4300-300 that can push 300-400 watts, without the need for an external amplifier. Converting 10 meter radio into an 11 meter has been going on for ages. A friend of mine called the FCC countless times on a neighbor who would sit in his truck and talk on a Galaxy "CB" that was being pushed by a 500 watt Texas Star. From a few houses away, this neighbor would bleed over my friends TV and cordless phone. The FCC refused to do anything about it. Unless you're really interfering with something/someone important, the FCC couldn't care less.
