1. I wonder if it has something to do with Tapatalk.
2. http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/index.php?/topic/1352-Pulled-on-an-intruder Weird!
3. Welcome to TGO. Make yourself at home.
4.
Huh? It goes to Glockmeister's profile...?
"Pulled on an intruder" is the thread the link takes me to. From 2007.
5.
He's the owner of the shop.
I know, but that link takes me to an old thread. Old enough that Marswolf posted in it. Unless I'm still missing something.
6.
http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/user/1352-glockmeister/
I must be missing something. What does that have to do with this thread?
7. I don't think I see them around here much anymore, but they were once fairly regular visiters here on TGO.
8. Looks good to me. Like Lumber_Jack said, not like it's Desert Eagle gold.
9. Don't go with a bargain brand.
10. I would love to live in the country, but I can't afford the amount of land needed to keep my neighbors far enough away. I don't see the point of country living if your neighbors are still on top of you. Until I can afford such a piece of land, I'm thankful for a homeowners association that keeps my neighbors in line.
11. Awesome! Congrats on the new addition to the family.
12. Oh! Can't help you there.
13. How
14.
840 wasn't really intended to be used from end-to-end (Dickson to Lebanon or vice-versa). It's longer in both time and distance. If you're passing through at rush hour you can avoid downtown with I-440 or Briley Parkway. 840 was meant to divert traffic entering Nashville and changing direction. Such as up from Alabama and then east to Knoxville. The long term plans are to create a northern loop that will connect from Lebanon up through Trousdale Co., Springfield, Clarksville, and back down to Dickson, but that may never happen due to having to build 2 very expensive bridges over the Cumberland.
When was the last time you were on 440 during rush hour? That's the most congested stretch of roadway during rush hour. I avoid 440 from 6:30 am - 9:30 am and 3:00 pm - 6:30 pm.
15. 840 isn't necessarily shorter, but its nice to be able to set the cruise and enjoy the ride. The lack of any real traffic to slow you down makes the few extra miles well with it, in my opinion.
16. Yes. It is open. I've been through the new stretch, and if I remember correctly, it is 70 all the way.
17.
I just made dralrms cheesy chicken and it ROCKED !!!! dralarms gets an A+ . Here is a picture of it ......
Awesome! Nice to see someone trying the recipes.
18. This has been a long time coming. They've been through bankruptcy twice, but there's no doubt the unions aren't helping.
19. Chain that old bastard to a tree and let a pack of rabid pit bulls have their way with him.
20.
Where were all you guys who are so pissed about losing your rights when the Patriot Act was enacted (or the three further authorizations)? I'm no Obama-apologist, but it strikes me as odd that none of this 'liberty or death' talk was heard when Bush was in office.
They were on the internet bitching and moaning, talking about making the world a better place with the next election, and the one after that, and the one after that...
21.
Krispy kreme is laced with cocaine. I get the shakes any time I see that the hot and ready sign isn't on.
Try working in a building that's connected to the Krispy Kreme building that makes the donuts for the gas stations, grocery stores, etc. The aroma is brutal.
22.
Someone, anyone, explain to me how removing ourselves from the United States of America will make us better. I know this is symbolic but realistically if we were allowed to secede what would we gain? Dolomite
Unless you're interested in living like it's the 1800's again, nothing.
