1.
Cable wants you to spend money and not bother them.
This. There seems to have been quite a few changes at Comcast since this whole Xfinity thing took place; some good, some not so much.
2.   Ah, it's nothing more than our opinions. We don't know any more than the person who wrote the article.
3. I've bought from several, but most purchases seem to be from Classic Firearms. They changed the name from Classic Arms.   http://www.classicfirearms.com/
4. I'm still needing a couple M&P 40 15-round magazines, so I am kinda-sorta considering it. I really doubt they'll have any, so I'm kinda-sorta considering not going, too. :dunno:
5. I dunno. I'm not sure that I'm buying that piece. I have a feeling he did just what he had been planning on doing for some time. I don't doubt some tweaks had to be made here and there, but I don't get the feeling he was "rocked" by the opposition.
6. I'm pretty sure they've been dumping Ambien in the drinking water, because the American people are asleep at the wheel.
7.     They are just like any other private sale. You handle it how you see fit. Filling out of paperwork is not required. If you want to trade information, more power to you. If not, that's OK, too.
8.   I'm just the dumb truck driver. I guess we now need the logistics expert.
9.   I think we'll still be able to use the classifieds section, but the TGO Vendors will become middlemen for the transfer process.
10. Unless I'm not comprehending what he said - which is very possible - the more serious stuff (AWB, magazine limits, etc.) are things he is asking congress to do, not something he's implementing via executive order. Am I reading it wrong?
11.   Mine was intended to be more of an executive request. :pleased:
12. Thank you for your cooperation.
13. No doubt. Now that Obama isn't going to bad anything today, we should begin to see the prices drop pretty soon.
14. It was my fault for not requiring a clean mirror as part of the contest. :biglol: But we do have a winner of a new shinny HK USP 40 Compact magazine. Ladies and Gentlemen, meet FUJIMO! Thank you for being a good sport.
15. This quote says it all. You continue to take almost no responsibility for what happened. You still don't believe you did anything wrong, other than speaking about it publicly. The opinions of you are hardly unsubstantiated. You admitted to doing something that was obviously against company policy. The act of buying something so you can turn a profit may leave your character up for debate, but your willingness to openly and proudly break a company policy while doing so makes your character very clear. I work for a company who sells product at wholesale prices to retailers. We do not sell to the public. We are allowed to purchase the products for our personal use at a discounted rate. If my company found out I was buying product, then turning around and selling it for a profit, I would find myself in the same boat as yourself. Being a single-father who receives virtually zero child support and zero government assistance, I have found myself in some very tough financial situations during the almost 10 years I've been employed with this company. Never once did I ever consider risking my job by breaking company policy. I would do almost anything else, but losing my job isn't one of them. The fact that you would risk the livelihood your wife and child depend on speaks volumes to your real character. The fact that you then come on here being a whiny bitch is just icing on the cake.
16. We must remain vigilant. This is far from the end of the discussion, and it will not go away any time soon. We must keep pressure on our elected officials.
17. I was scrambling to make a doctor appointment for my daughter during the speech, so I only saw the bullet points on the news website. Am I understanding correctly that he did NOT put in place another AWB or ban high-capacity magazines?
18. What? No one looks at TGO David and thinks "Sexy Beast"? I've met the guy, and he's a rugged dude. Unfortunately I don't have a USP 40 Compact or a P2000.
19. Filling out an online application as we speak... Pure awesomeness!
20. Score! That's a sweet deal, because I'm pretty sure those are $50-$60 knives. Congrats!
21. I currently have this magazine for sale in the classifieds section, but I think this may be a little more fun.   I will ship this magazine free of charge to the first person who posts a photo of himself posing with the USP 40 Compact, shirtless (unless you're a herself), and a sign that reads "TGO David is a sexy beast".   Yep, it's as easy as that.   I don't know for sure, but I believe this magazine may also fit an HK P2000. A photo with one of those will work just as well.
22. I've never been accused of being well-written before, so I'll accept the compliment. I stand behind my opinion on the matter, but it was just that. You'd have had to really piss me off, and even then I'm not sure I would have gone that far. There are a lot of people on this board, so it may or may not have been someone that voiced their opinion. It could have been anyone.
23. Although I think something like this is on the lighter side of what could happen, I'm still against it. Like many have said before me, the criminals, insane, and criminally inane don't give a damn about silly loopholes.
24. Here is a link with some very helpful information.   http://www.tn.gov/safety/driverlicense/dlnew.shtml   Welcome to Tennessee.
