  1. I don't agree its him on much, but I love his delivery. Funny is funny. As far as this clip, he's right on. As we're all consumed with what this administration may or may not do with our guns, this one slips right by. I'm as guilty as the next. There no doubt a method to the government's madness.
  2. They said there were about 200 people in line last weekend, and several camped out overnight.
  3. If it's going to be this damn cold, I want snow. Otherwise, bring on the 70 degree weather.
  4. Is anyone else having an issue seeing videos that have been posted to threads? This problem started a couple days ago, and is happening on my Android phones and tablets. I've gone through and thoroughly cleaned cache, files, etc., but nothing has helped. I can go to Youtube and watch videos without issue.
  5. Here's the Nomad I sold not too long ago. I hope to have another bike sometime in the not so distant future.
  6. Welcome to TGO! Make yourself at home and enjoy your stay.
  7.   This is a great video about the saw.   http://www.finewoodworking.com/item/45040/stephen-colbert-takes-the-sizzle-out-of-sawstop
  8.   The hot dog was quite moist, and it looked like there was a spot on the dog where the blade hit it. No doubt better than losing an entire finger, but I'm still curious about the need for moisture.
  9.   For some reason it the video wasn't appearing while my phone. I am able to view it just fine on the PC. Yes, the saw has a sensor that detects skin, then stops.   Now that I think about it some more, he even dipped his hand in something to add additional moisture. Most folks aren't working with soaking wet hands. Cool idea, but obviously needs some more work.
  10. Although it is cool idea, the "finger test" was a little lame when attempting to show how it works in a real world situation. He should have been put his finger into the blade at the same speed the average person would be pushing a board through the saw. You may not lose your entire finger, but I'd bet you'll still be cut.
  11. It's stories like this that make me wonder just how much longer these type of things can go on before people start snapping.
  12. Yeah, it's fair, but it would be a bummer to drive all the way from Nashville only to find out they will be sold out.
  13. My previous route took me to that area on a regular basis. I would always stop by to take look at their inventory. They always had a HUGE selection, especially long guns.
  14. I just stepped out on the deck to let the dogs out. It's freezing out there.
  15. Why can I not see the video?
  16. You handsome devil, you.
  17. No problem. I just wasn't sure if you didn't realize what you did. Very nice knife, by the way.
  18. You'll probably have better luck if you post this in the classifieds section and add the price.
  19. Free? I'll take both.
  20. Yeah, the same group of asshats who are buying for the sole purpose of resale. I spoke with one of our vendors who told me the same thing happens at their store. The same people will come by with actual lists of stuff they are looking to buy for resale.
  21. Most of what you said sounds correct, based on what I can remember from my one and only trip there about 15 years ago. I wasn't impressed enough to go back.
  22. I thought about it after hearing their commercials, but after doing some research, it would cost me more than I'm spending now.   I am currently using the Schick Quattro Titanium. I buy them on sale for about $6, and they usually come with three cartridges. Those last me about 2 months.   If you can find a person or two who are willing to split them with you, buying in bulk from ebay can also be a good option.
  23. This makes me all warm and fuzzy inside.
