  1. Affordable Gun Act
  2. I believe the previous burglary happened at the Madison location. This one happened at the Mt. Juliet store. The suspects reportedly ran into a wooded area near Park Glen Drive around 3:30 a.m. http://wkrn.com/2016/01/06/mt-juliet-police-searching-for-3-gun-store-burglary-suspects-at-large/ http://v1-1.api.wkrn.com/storelink
  3. Do a Google search of "Radnor Lake Rambo", and go from there. Enjoy!
  4. Oh yeah, it's way early to be handing out awards. You never know when "Voldemort" may make a grand entrance.
  5. Hahahahahaha! Ol' Steel is a real good feller, but it's hard not to bust his chops a bit
  6. Phil Valentine just said on his radio show that Obama put a limit of 50 firearm sales per year before you'd be required to obtain a FFL. That's the first I'm hearing of this. Can anyone verify this information, or is ol' Uncle Phil once again flapping his gums about something he knows nothing about?
  7. Contact your congressional representatives. They CAN reverse this mess.
  8.
  9. This man is obviously pleased and kind enough to buy my fair share. Ruger won't have to fret over the next electric bill.
  10. It's important to note, I do own a few Ruger firearms. I like their revolvers, rifles, old P-Series semi-autos, LCP's, and .22 target pistols. I have nothing against Ruger. I just feel like they've always dropped the ball when it comes these sort of carry/duty weapons, and this thing is no different. Even before this thread, I had a feeling this was going to be a flop. Maybe the reviewers are more to blame than Ruger itself, but the hype that always seems to come with a new Ruger offering can seem to go a tad overboard.
  11. I'm afraid there's far more truth in the comments section, than what I've just read in that review.
  12. That's perfectly understandable. Take care of business, my friend.
  13. Not sure if you've seen it, but I sent you a PM or two. Or I made your block list? [emoji1]
  14. Ruger should stick to rifles and revolvers.
  15. If you're going to keep the shotgun, it's probably not a horrible deal. If you're going to sell the shotgun, I'd pass. When it comes time to sell it, you'll likely get stuck accepting bottom dollar, which is why he's offering the shotgun as part of the deal, rather than selling it himself. He knows that he'll never get what he wants you to believe it's worth.
  16. Jeff is a super nice guy, but he is not a credible reviewer, in my opinion. A good reviewer MUST be willing to publish negative reviews when they are deserved.
  17. There will be those who won't be able to resist the temptation to throw money at a new offering by Ruger. After watching this video, I wouldn't even consider it.

  19. Welcome, neighbor. I'm just down the road in Springfield.  I'm also a damn yankee, originally from Chicago.
  20. There are a couple other shops in or near Springfield, but Guns & Leather gets my business every time. They are always well-staffed, helpful, and don't act like you're getting in the way of their gossiping.
